    The one...

I received one 100% bonus, plus the 100$ comp.

If the casino would rather keep the player, it would be in the best interest of the casino to pay the player, would it not? This 6 page thread wouldn't be here if he had been paid, and the negativity it contains alone will cost you more than the $4K owed to the player. JMO, YMMV.

    Resolved, well kind of.

I just have received an email that says that my account has been restored to the balance i had when they moved into "withdrawable mode". This alone is a good sign of resolvement from the casinos part. There is just this tiny little sentence in the email that bugs me.

I am glad to inform you that Casino Management has agreed to restore your balance at the time your funds moved into withdrawable balance. Your account has therefore been credited with $XXX ( which was your balance at the time) and you will be required to continue to wager on BJ only, the balance of $4000, prior to requesting a cashin.
Should not it be to the point where i started playing excluded games?
I dont know exactly for sure how much my balance was when i started playing excluded games.. But really, I know for sure that it was well more then

In any case, thanks Greg for mediating in this case.

    Well that's a little better.

Still seems to me unfair that you were placed in the situation where their software told you you could withdraw, and accordingly you gambled all your money into $4,500. You would not be getting a penny if you had lost.

It seems to me rather like asking a parking warden 'Can I park here', he says 'Yes', and then when you do, he has your car towed.

Good to hear it's finally been resolved (ish) - I think this is a fair solution.

Hopefully Geisha can now get themselves sorted by bringing in the different codes for BJ and VP play, and clarify their terms if they do intend to confiscate all winnings if excluded games are played.

Anyway, well done to Greg for getting this sorted

    Thumbs up Fair

    Hello guys

Geisha has taken a bit of a hammering as it has altered a few things including sign up bonuses to be more aggressive and in the process experienced as you can tell a few issues. This board and my primary involvemement is to mediate between players and the Casino.I dont work for the Casino - we do however have a relationship that stretched back from its inception so they do listen when i ask them to do things.

Bruce i think that the player has been fairly dealt with and from his post so does he.This is not a question of blindly payingout money this is a question of

    a) The Casino getting it right for the benefit of itself mainly and its many players

    b) ensuring that fiascos like this and the other one does not happen again.

This is one Casino that consistently listens to its players on the many forums that it is on and makes the relevant changes to make life easier for them and itself and i do think that does bear some consideration.

i think you will notice the changes on the Promotions page today with regards to different coupons and the terms will be clarified.

The Casino has asked me to thank everyone for the feedback given as it is allowing them to make the necessary changes for the benefit of all.

Take care guys and have a great day -
