Cirrus casino - troubles (long story)

Just wanted to put up another warning of this casino.
I requested a withrawal of $2k (they owe me a total of 5k) the 14th of July wich was approved the 25th but I still haven't seen any money. I know 15-16 days isn't a very long time, but it's their way of treating customers. It says "3-5 business days" at their website but still the manager (Christine) says "7-10 business days". They also come with lame exuses all the time. They seem so disorganized.
Today Christine said things like; "here is what I get for taking the wrong customers into the casino" and then she got an outbreak when I said I was going to contact casinomeister. Because I've been pretty patient for a while now. She also said; "anyone who threaten me will not get my help."

Of course, this isn't all. I talked to "carlos" on the chat and told him about this rude behavior. I dont deny that I called Christine an idiot when I talked to Carlos, because I think she is. He then took fully her part and said I should treat women with respect and so on... too much to write about here. We had a pretty long quarrel and I guess we both said some stupid things to each other.
At the end of the chat, I asked carlos this:

Bengt: where does it says a withdrawal takes 12 business days?
Bengt: it says 3-5 business days at your website
Bengt: and where does it says that once approved, it should take max 48h to recive the money
Bengt: it should take more then, I mea
    Bengt: n
Carlos: you want to stick to the rules... fine, bonuses you received can be voided then
Carlos: as people like you cannot get bonuses here
    Bengt: what do you mean?
Carlos: read your e-mails, and your chats with Christine
Carlos: she made it clear on your first chat with her
Bengt: I never recived any mails
Carlos: go and look for that rule, Daniel
Carlos: you want us to apply the rules, so it will be
    Carlos: have a great day!
    Chat session has ended.

I dont know what he was refering to, but my guess is the fact that I'm only 20 and it says "no under 21" on their site. Before I signed up, Christine gave me permission to play, otherwise I would not have played.

    There's one more thing:
First of all, I need to say this; I had a proxy server program running before I talked to them on the chat the other day and when I realized this I immidiatly closed the program. I had recently downloaded the program and honestly didn't know much about it. Anyway, Christine asked why my IP showed "denmark" and I told her the whole thing and she said it was no problem. Because of course I wasn't meant to fool them. With an adress from DK? And then close down the program.. makes no sense.
Wich all leads to this: I refered a friend of mine who lives in the same city as me, and he did the bonusbud 100. Now they say our accounts is under investigation due to the fact that we have identical IPs. We have this because we use internet from the same broadband company. Nothing unusual.
But thats not all! They even claimed my friend for multiple accounts. There seems to be another person named the same in our city as he, but 6 years younger.
All of these three things = they have put my account and my friends account under investigation.

I don't know what do to. Now I'm not sure I'll get my money at all or if my friend gets anything. Haven't spoken to him about it yet.

All this makes me very concerned...

i think this story should serve as a warning to both genuine customers and bonus abusers.

i will try and not make judgement on your case,

buts lets assume, that you are genuine

then, you were irresponsible playing at this casino when you were under the age stipulated by their T+C's, likewise they were by letting you.

from the fact that you "reffered a friend" i take it that your a regular casino player, and you will obviously know that danes are a no-no, so wheter your a dane or not, the fact that the casino had already rasied this with you, should of made you think twice about playing there, as the issue was raised once, then no doubt it would be raised again pending any large cash out.

also considering the reputation of cirrus, anyone playing there should always think twice about doing so, because even the slightest inadherance to the T+C's will always result in a payout problem.

if you not genuine, then quite simply you were stupid playing here, first of all its CIRRUS, and everyone knows what they are like, plus the fact they had already indicated that they had flagged you, should have warned you that there would be problems. because basically CIRRUS/VIRTUAL/COOL CAT work by drawing in the greedy bonus abusers with their ridiculous proms and its well known that even if they have flagged you on sign-up they will do whatever they can to get you to deposit because they already know they have a case to refuse payout should you win.

which is why you got "your under 21, thats fine", "your from denmark, thats fine"

then when you win you got

Bengt: where does it says a withdrawal takes 12 business days?
Bengt: it says 3-5 business days at your website
Bengt: and where does it says that once approved, it should take max 48h to recive the money
Bengt: it should take more then, I mea
    Bengt: n
Carlos: you want to stick to the rules... fine, bonuses you received can be voided then

Bengt: I never recived any mails
Carlos: go and look for that rule, Daniel
Carlos: you want us to apply the rules, so it will be
    Carlos: have a great day!

either way, i dont want to make judgemnet on you, but if you are genuine, i doubt that you will see your money again.

but this should serve as a warning to everyone that you shouldnt bother with cirrus, as its quite clear that in this case that cirrus willing took the money and said it was prepared to relax their rules, only for them to provoke an argument with a customer so they could then enforce them when a customer won.

    Hi Jurgent,

    Please contact Montana Disputes:
    http://disputes.montanaoverseas.com/

Christine is a member here. I've PMd her concerning this thread.

From their T&Cs: The Player must be at least 21 years of age in order to play for real money.

Do you have something in writing that says they have allowed you to play as a 20 year old? If so, you should be prepared to produce this to Montana since they have probably breached their licensing agreement.

    Oh the inexperience of youth!

Everything about your first post screams 'bonus abuser' to me.
    These are the obvious mistakes:-
    1. You played at a casino knowing you were underage.
    2. You claimed a bonus you knew was not available in Denmark. (Are you in Denmark or Sweeden? )
    3. You chose a 'very dodgy' casino, just because of their very generous sounding bonus offer.
    4. You opened more than one account by using a friends name. (As far as I know, using the same broadband provider should not give you the same IP's - mine doesn't)
    5. You were impatient and chased them. If you had kept quiet you probably would have got paid eventually.
    6. You were rude to the staff - never a good idea at ANY casino.

I wish I was as young, but not as foolish as you.

Having broken so many T&C's I think the most you can hope for is returned deposit, but I would not hold my breath...

But look on the bright side - you have learned some valuable lessons!

Take more care, and have good luck in the future!

I thank you both very much for the help and replies, and thanks bryan for PM her.

To me, it seems like they're trying to look for every little reason, to not pay out. They come with these ridicilous reasons.
If I really wanted to fraud a casino, I can assure you I wouldnt use an adress from denmark. And I'm sure my friend wouldnt be stupid enough to set up two accounts with the same name but different ages. They dont even have the same IP.

Well... I'm gonna try to get some proof regarding the age restriction. I'll be back when I get some more info.

Let me answers these questions one by one, but first of all: dont call me bonus abuser. Yes, I like to take advantage of bonuses that casinos offers me. Christine knows I'm a member of bonuswhores and she hasn't seemed to care.

    1. Christine gave me permission to play. I asked her before I signed up.

    2. That's ridicilous too. How do you think I would be able to disguse my IP and everything if I really lived in denmark? there are programs for that but often the disguses never last very long. They have seen I've been on the same IP all the time, except that one time when I had a proxy program running. Wouldn't it be pretty stupid to close down the program in the middle of a chat sesson if I wanted to fool them?

    3. They are shady but I haven't heard of anyone not getting paid. That's why I thought they were some how trustable. There are worse RTG's out there.

    4. You make me laugh. Why on earth would I open another account and then refer "myself"? I refered a friend of mine, just like it says you can do. He lives in the same city and It's pretty normal to have friends in the same city as yourself. Even IF I had another IP and would try to fraud them, there's no way for them to proof it. Because then the rules would be something like "only one account/broadband company". Makes no sense to me.

    5. I think I have been patient enough. I'm tired of their lame exuses and empty promises. Besides; I know people have been wating a month to get paid, so that's why I thought it would help to "chase" them a little bit. It has worked before.

    6. Christine was rude to me. I never get rude to people who are nice to me. She takes eveything you say personally (like why is it taking such time) and then she freaks out. And carlos.. I dont even wanna talk about him.

    7. If I dont get my money, I'll go down to costa rica myself. I'm gonna find their adress. I'm absolutely serious. Not gonna give up on this one. Never.

    Jurgent,

Hope this works out in your favor but posting under the same handle that you use on other forum sites was likely not your most +EV option, especially when they're threatening to fall back on the ubiquitous "we-can-do-any-damn-thing-we-please-if-we-think-you're-a-bonus-abuser" clause in the T&Cs.

And if they still won't pay, then what? Don't tell me....you'll cross your arms and stomp your feet and tell them you're not leaving until you get your money.

Let us know how that works out.
