Man, so glad you bumped this thread. I missed it the first time around, and would've hated to miss this comedy of error.

As far as I understand, the rogued casinos are those who doesnt pay. Well, Cirrus doesnt pay some, like me. Maybe they will but they still haven't. No matter what, they have promised to pay.

Cirrus failed to update my pending cashout for about 2 weeks after I submitted my fax back form. After I informed them of their error (and they acted legitimately surprised), my cashout was approved within a few days, and paid within a week later. My second cashout had been approved for about 3 days when I got a call from Cirrus stating that their Neteller cashflow was a little low, and that a neteller cashout would take at least 4-5 more days. If I wanted a firepay cashout they could process it that day. I waited, and found the money in my neteller about 5 days later. I was impressed by the honesty of the casino regarding the length of time it would take to cashout, and the reason for it.

Thats my story. I wouldn't have a problem recommending them to a friend.

Sure, that's your experience. But still you had to wait 2 months and as far as I know, they told you several times that you would get paid that week and so on. Lots of exuses.

I know Im not the only one who hasn't been paid. Forget the things I've said to them in the early days and forget the untrue things they accuse us for, they still have promised to send back our deposits. I dont care about it, just want them to pay me and my friends deposits. A promise is a promise.

And the fact that they've put up a bunch of lies does not make things better.
They have done absolutely nothing to inform me or anything. I have been trying to get some information thru the live chat and the support isn't very helpful. They say they dont have access to my account etc.

only $2000 to me has been sent. That was probably mostly thanks to Montana. A few days after Montana had been given Cirrus a last chance to pay, Cirrus paid me $2k. So, they obviously have some kind of power.

If it's not time to rougue them now, I dont know what. Weather or not you, Bryan does not like me, you still should rougue the entire virtual group (including Cirrus).
Almost impossible to get in contact with the support/manager or whatever.

My friend has not recieved anything, nor money or information.
