Congratulations on this case jmildstone !! What a scoop !!

I think this affair will echo for a long time from now on. But, as my grandmother used to say "one deserves what we have" or something like that.

Thumbs down Re: Gam Fed Casinos

To install the repair simply open the Gambling Federation casino software and let it load up; it prompts you for an update, let it install the update.
Better idea... UNINSTALL and REMOVE ALL TRACES. DELETE ALL FILES.

Has anyone contacted the casinos that GFed blocked with their trojan with this information? It should be done, they may want to address this with GFed.

    As previously stated
“We have issued an update that removes those changes in the host file.
To install the repair simply open the Gambling Federation casino software and let it load up; it prompts you for an update, let it install the update.
Once the software restarts the host file will be repaired.”

This update is fully functional now for all G-Fed casinos.

Thanks for all your help and understanding on this matter.
I extend my invitation to contact me if ever you are still experiencing problems, by private message or post in the forum.

How about addressing the real question? Why was this done in the first place? The business about protecting your customers from spam is nonsense.

I think point is NOT, did you upgrade anything or not.

And i don't need some "upgrade" explanations.

I need some specific explantions about this issue from you.

    Nope.

Absolutely incorrect. As a rogue operator you can behave how you like, when you like, for as long as you like.

In the end, you must behave for a while, and/or then grease the right palms and you're in like flint.

Golden Palace and Virtual are perfect examples. Player advocates and gambling watchdogs alike will stand in my face and feed me absolute tosh when it suits their agenda at any given moment in time.

    Hi Amandajm.

This posts implies that my palm is being greased for removing GP and Virtual from the rouge section. General comments like this are irresponsible and malicious. If you have a beef with a particular site, please start your own damn thread (or go whine at the sucks board); don't pollute this one with your innuendos. I have enough to do as it is.

Big talk, no action as usual. And taking refuge in non-specific innuendo.

On a lighter note, here's an old one - Innuendo = Italian suppository.
