I am looking to see if I can get help in resolving an issue with Prism Casino. On 9/8/03 I deposited 500.00 with prism and got a 100% bonus. I played through all requirements and was up 8,013.00. I put in for a withdrawal and was told it was approved. 9 days later I was sent an email stating payment to neteller in 24-48 hrs. Long story short, it never came--- They kept telling me about a problem with neteller. On and on for over 10 days. I'm 68 and not in the greatest health so my husband of 49 yrs called and emailed over and over. Some of his emails were terse and firmly stated he felt Prism was less than honest and and was treated rudely by customer support by a Valerie in perticular. They then said only 5,000.00 would be sent due to limits on bonus winnings. Again no money was sent to Neteller. More emails, phone calls ended with Prism saying they didn,t want (Valerie's quote) some "backwater New Yorker who threatens to sue when someone breaks wind" as a player in their Casino. They returned 500.00(by neteller which now seemed to work?) blocked my access to their casino and again Valeries words "would see that I never could play at an RTG casino again. Is there any way to get these people own up to a player who is good and beats them?

While I do feel for you, you should have known that rtg casinos are all a scam. Look in the rogue casino list and you will probably find prism there.

I would recommend telling prism that if they do not pay you you will seek legal action to get their license revoked as well as inform their government of the fraud.

You have to understand, it is not that they are not scared, it is that they do not think that players will actually go through with any action.

Prove these con-artists wrong. Do everything you can to get them shut down. Sue if you have to. You do have recourse even though they are international. They are a buisness.

Also contact neteller and tell them that prism casino is a fradulent operation, and steals players money. Also contact prepaid atm, firepay, and all other payment processors that deal with them and tell them the same thing. If you don't get your money, maybe you can protect other players by putting them out of buisness. If you need details send me an email at pokermaven66@yahoo.com

Good luck! DO NOT GIVE UP!

    Also,

I run a player advocate site as well. It is usually just for poker site related complaints.

If you want I can contact prism and see if I can get this resolved for you. I just need your first name and email address.

Let me know either on here or via email at pokermaven66@yahoo.com

    pokermaven,

Your help just as anyone's support, is in my personal opinion very much appreciated.

However I clicked on your nick to see what site your referring to, however it is not listed in your preferences. Are you not proud of your site?

IMHO I think before anyone starts handing out any info to anyone; especially to a yahoo account ( don't you have a domain name? )

One should at least have an idea as to whom they are & what site they operate; a little brazen on your part I think to suggest this, especially in this context and in someone else's forum!

Ps I don't wish to nit pick here but for a person claims to run a site that offer mediation to poker players, why can't you fix your own problems? EG - Endless Problems at Big Dollar Poker !

First off Chaverel let me say that I'm glad you are here and welcome aboard.

While I have no doubt that Pokermaven is genuine and sincere, I think you would be best served by filling out a Pitch-A-Bitch form so that Bryan (the Casinomeister) can have a full set of facts to work with.

Believe me you will need all your "ducks in a row" (or so to speak) to go after these people. You've inadvertently stumbled acrossed the worst of worst with this Prism Casino.

I did have a similar incident out of some of these same people a couple of years back for about $10,000.00 that I was able to collect on.

I will be happy to provide Bryan with any information at my disposal in trying to recover your funds as well.

But do make sure that you fill out the Pitch a Bitch form. You'll find a blue highlighted link for it on the "FORUM" page. Have a good one.

    Glodge,

I did fix my own problem at big dollar. I got my cashout. I just wanted to let people know how they treat their players. If you would like I can giv eyou the url of my site. I did not think it was appropriate to list my site on this forum as it may be constituted as spam.

So you see, it is better not to spam my site on another persons forum as your put it. My site url can be gotten if you email me or message me in private.

Thanks for your question. I just wanted to help.

Bryan has already stated that rtg casinos are listed in his rogue section. and that he will not help people with problems with those casinos. I was just offering to help if Bryan did not.

    Cheers!

" I did not think it was appropriate to list my site on this forum as it may be constituted as spam. "

But I have no problem spamming my e-mail here in another persons site...Is that what your saying?

Personally I don't think what you did was kosha, but that's just me...

    No offense intended.

And just for the record yes some other members have done this in the past too. However we all know who they are and the sites they own are known and have cred.

Sorry no offense intended, but in your case we know zip.
