Again a problem with starluck, but I didnt want to open a new thread.

Just wanted to tell you what has happened to me at starluck casino a few minutes ago.

I played kangacash videopoker in the no download section with very low stakes ($0.50), and finally I triggered this feature with a straight (that was $2 win). but then (normally the feature should load now) a black screen and no feature.
this has happened to me quite often in the last weeks, so I thought no problem, lets go to the livechat and they should clear the game for me.
I`ve done so 2 times already today and it was no problem.

but this time it was a problem, because they just said that I have no feature triggered. I said that I had a straight and then - as always - the feature didn`t load. answer: you had no feature in the last round. one thing that was really funny was the following:

I wrote that I have a problem with the feature. normally now the support asks me to stay online so that they can check the account and the game log. and know what? nothing of that came...no 3 seconds after I described my problem the answer "you had no feature" came. It seems to me that they really waited for me, because I had the same problem 2 times before.

I just wanted to make this public because as long as its only $0.50 perhaps noone of you gives a sh** about that. but I think that the whole procedure and the fact that they are telling lies because of a $2 win (without the feature) is really absurd.
It just makes me think of the question: what if they tried the same lie when I play $10 stakes or higher?

My Conclusio: I will never touch this casino again!
