Casinomeister I'm wondering if you have considered this a dead issue? As far as Im concerned what Warren Cloud has done here far exceeds non payment or any of the other devious acts he partakes in daily. He exposed player names in a public forum then continued to keep my winnings and deposit with no substantiated evidence of any type of fraud other then claiming me and another player had similar playing habits and IP addresses, from which over 2 million people in my region of Canada share similar IP's. Not exactly rock solid accusations. Why has no action been taken on your part Casinomeister? Perhaps putting all Clouds casinos on the Rogue list as he performs rogue acts daily aside from my incident. I realize you are busy but I would appreciate even a response as to why no such action has happened?

I agree that the rogue section needs some updating, but the TVS casinos as well as the Casino Extreme group have been up there for some time. Most of the players that went through me concerning TVS payments have been paid, so I have not been persuing this. So it's not so much of a dead issue, but it's pretty much closed.

Your case was different, since you were accused of player fraud. There's not much that I can do in this situation. If you need to, then take this up with RTG. Bottom line is, you should have never played there.

Perhaps I would have been less likely to play there if Crystal Palace appeared on your rogue list where it belongs. As a means of stopping other players form making the same mistake I did why isnt Crystal Palace placed on the rogue list?

The rogue list is not exhaustive. There are plenty of casinos that should be there but aren't. The rogue list is a compilation of casinos that I have personally dealt with; I don't list casinos there via heresay. Crystal Palace has been on the verge of being placed there, but at one period I had a number of player complaints being negotiate and it would not have been productive to jump the gun and slam them.

I'm sure if you made an inquiry in this forum (or any other forum for that matter) you would have gotten an earful. You can always email me as well.

Crystal Palace owes me $4000 should I just assume that I'm not ever going to get it?
