*shrug* there are plenty of people who have been ripped of for large amounts of money at many casinos, including those run by Microgaming and other 'reputable' providers.

I've made thousands from them and they continue to pay me on time, every time. Just telling you my experiences.

Oh and I should point out that the only time I have ever not been asked for docs, when they were in fact required, is at MG - it happened just last week at Spin Palace.

I waited a week for my money, finally went on live chat and was told "You haven't sent the docs we asked for"; except they never asked for any. The girl apologised and said she'd resend the email right away - but didn't.

I sent the docs, and it took them two days to even acknowledge them, and I still don't have the money.

So it can, and does, happen anywhere. Being a Playtech doesn't mean it's a bad casino, and being a MG doesn't mean it's great (tho I do agree that I'd trust a random MG over a random PT)

    Good "genuine belief".
No need for the dramatic imagery Caruso.

    Ebruduck was paid in full.

As for sdaddy, this is from the casino:
After investigating this matter, I have found out that there has been an arrangement made between Neteller, the player and African Palace Casino. We have agreed on a settlement and the player is fully aware and has agreed to this. (sdaddy - if this is inaccurate, please contact me asap)

kreome's issue needs to be followed up on. The last I heard he was connected to other accounts, but I'd like to have more specifics

From what I've read in sdaddy's posts here and at the other site I think Playtech may be a little out of date on their knowledge regarding his tussle to get paid by African Palace/First Grand/Indio, Bryan.

My understanding is that after buggering him around for ages, AP were finally brought to a settlement by the intervention of Neteller. Unfortunately, it is claimed that after only a few payments AP apparently ceased paying, thus reneging on the arrangement and breaking the terms of the settlement.

Sdaddy then resorted to other methods to recover his cash (which is a substantial amount I am told) and then the allegedly *new look* First Grand appeared in the shape of a new customer relations person on the fora.

So, last I heard sdaddy was re-negotiating with this guy for a new settlement, the old one having been voided by AP's non-compliance with the terms.

But sdaddy will clarify the situation when he next visits, I'm sure.

That remark was from the casino - not Playtech.

But if sdaddy was jerked around and no agreeable resolution was made, please contact me and the new-and-improved aff manager here:

    Regarding Giantvegas winnings

Bryan contacted me regarding Giantvegas and he says he is going to take care of it

When I spoke to them last time they told me the reason they don't pay is because I played Roulette and there was an email sent that Roulette is not allowed to play.

The email was sent but right after I deposited and start playing, I told them it is not right to do that. They never mentioned multiple accounts.

    African Palace update

To respond to the inquiries in this thread, I am still working to conclude a satisfactory resolution to my dispute with African Palace/Indio. I hope that it won't be much longer, and I will post such when that occurs. I sent Bryan a private message which details where things stand at present.

Also, I think Jetset explained quite well what my position was going into these latest discussions with African Palace.

Thanks for everyone's interest and support.

Well its been over a month since Monaco gold casino have stolen my rightful winnings. It really annoys me that they think that they can get away with this. Their HQ is based in Antigua and I feel like going over there and demanding my money face to face. What are the chances of my face getting blown off with a shotgun? Anyway, I hope people see this thread and think twice about playing there. Thanks for all the help guys, I really appreciate it.
