Yes, but I just got home and found out. My temper was flaring.What point is there in spending 30 minutes haranguing a poor CS person when you could be haranguing a manager who at least might be able to help you?
This Is wrong Like the casino is going to say wait hold on our software has been taking to much of your money its a flaw and we are going to give all your losses back!!! Yeah right!!! This is only advantage to casino and ofr sure if the table was flopped to the other side they would not be mentioning crap. I dont see how all these situations of flaws in the software are always taken out against the people who win, i do not think i have heard of a flaw that was stealing everyones money, I would think if there is that many problems and flaws that for sure this is happened also. Good luck to you and YOU should get as much 1000.00 harassement as you can on CS or whomever you want its your right at this point and thats something the CS people should think about when they are getting a job and seeing these problems, if they havent quit there CS job when something fishy is going on then they deserve everything they get cause they are part of the problem.
It is a move in the right direction, hopefully although I suspect they are doing it in this way (individuals emailing the manager) to keep it low profile and probably impose non-disclosure conditions.

Are these casinos actually audited ? If so , it would be interesting to see what the auditors would do on this particular March Crisis .
