Many casinos baffle me. Cloud a little more than most at times. Which does'nt matter a jot today, for he is the millionaire, not me. There will always be a tomorrow.
The customer is always right. A phrase fallen from grace somewhat, but it is still true. The customer is always right, provided that they are indeed the right customer.
Cloud knows the casino player by now. He knows the market very well surely.
The well marketed casino is completely customer focused. They will identify what the customer wants or needs, and then supply it at a price the customer is prepared to pay - with gamblers that is a high price - very lucrative. They must be given a chance to win and get paid in peace, that is the 1 fundamental in return for the high price.
Whatever type of customer Cloud is after, confusing people won't get them for long. If the online casino industry was'nt so new in business terms, the Cloud type would not make millions.
The US ban online gambling'ers have a lot to answer for, for they have kept the big boys from the US gaming circles hamstrung. In that void, the Clouds of this world have prospered too much.
Dare I mention 32red in the same breath as Doloplex? Similar customers wanted atleast."Whoever focuses on how much they can give for a dollar, rather than how little, is bound to succeed".

I have read this full tag. Without getting too redundant, the same exact thing happened to me as many of you. At Mighty Slots (Doleplex), after receiving numerous unsolicited e-mails offering me their standard sign up bonus, I made a deposit of $1000 and accepted their standard $300 bonus to play all games. Since I already knew what they were capable of, I made sure and got everything in writing via e-mail, which I still have saved. At first, they claimed that I could only wager this in slots, which was their first lie. They then claimed that the playthrough requriement was much higher than was first offered. Only when I sent them their own website page did they retract these statements. I then played blackjack which was an allowed game. I happened to get lucky, met the wagering requirements and cashed out $2067. I then got a written confirmation that I did indeed meet their wagering reuqirements, that they did indeed receive my completed and signed faxback form, and that everything was in order for me to get paid. After two weeks passed and that did not happen, I contacted them. At first, their staff told me that everything was in order for me to be paid in full. Then, I recieved an e-mail telling me that I had been barred from their whole operation prior to me making my deposit at Mighy Slots and would only be getting my deposit returned to me without the winnings. Of course, they said nothing about the unsolicited e-mail offers they sent me, AND the fact that I recieved another 5-10 e-mails confirming all the terms and conditions right beofre I made my deposit. I took this to Montana Review, who ruled against me despite me sending them loads of written proof showing them exactly what I am stating here. Then it took me three months to even get my deposit back. The bottom line is that obviously I had no chance of winning. I was either going to lose my money or get my deposit back (only if I complained).
I have heard numerous horror stories about Doleplex. What is even more diconcerting is the fact that Montana has begun to rule against us depsite us showing them clear cut proof that we are the ones getting scammed. This also happened to me at Vegas Magic, which I will post in that tag on this site.
My feelings now that I see how many of us have gotten scammed by Doleplex and Montana is to take our case to the next level, namely to report them to the UK gaming comission and even retain a collection attorney there to open a class action lawsuit against them and any other casino group that had exhibited this type of dishonest and fraudulent behavior towards us. I am willing to share stories via private e-mail and collect everyone's names and amounts money that has been stolen. I would also like to know who is agreeable to form a group to get this type of litigation started. Please e-mail me at wesriv76@yahoo.com if interested. Even if you are not, I would like to hear you thoughts, comments, advice, and suggestions on this issue. Thank you.

You're my man, Wesriv. Hold onto all those positive sentiments.
I should point out that a class action is only possible against Cloud if and when he hits the UK stock market. Until then, he answers to nobody in the UK. Realistically, I don't see this ever happening.
That said, I see no reason why action cannot be taken and pressure cannot be brought.
The Doleplex matter is totally out of control now.
Wheresmymoney posted his thread at WOL also. No harm discussing it there, as this is a bit of a delicate subject at 'Meister.
