Just to update, I spoke to DeeAnne a few minutes ago on live chat. It took about two minutes for her to start chatting. She gave me the # to call and told who to ask for. I called and basically they told me they had emailed me (not true) and wanted to verify my details for my protection. I gave them the info and he said he would unblock my accounts. All well and good.Then I explained to him that my only available way to purchase was Instadebit and they dont have that. He went through all the other options and i told him that i would look into doing a wire transfer. Thats when it got a little strange. He gave me his personal email and said I need to keep him updated as to where I stand in resolving my purchasing problems. If I didnt he would have to keep "harrassing me" !? O.K. he was laughing but I thought it was a little strange. I explained that in the past I used my debit card but my bank started to refuse the purchases. I didnt want to argue with him but I guess his point was that if I dont have a way to purchase why would he unblock the accounts. I only have 86 reward credits in my account so honestly I dont think I care whether or not they unblock them. If he does "harrass" me that will be a different story.![]()
