DO NOT PLAY AT AFRICAN PALACE CASINO

I had played at this casino 100 deposit got 200 bonus. At the end they cash out your bonus so I figured lets go big so I played some baccarrat. I won and took the 5 something to bj surrender won a lot there and was pumped up to 987. Took out the 200 and tried to deposit, but waited 10 days and talk on the phone and they said i couldnt cash out. I ended up losing the 100 I bought in with and in the e mail i got it said you can cash out your winnings, but that wasnt the case. I went back today with the 687 i had and ended up losing 15-18 hands in a row playing Pontoon and lost it all what do u guys think. Anyone played here before? They wouldnt do anything about cashing out my account so that was all i was forced to do. Their support sucks and I am very unhappy about this.

    Hi! Welcome to the forum!

    This is what I think:
    1. You posted in the wrong section - there is a special section for complaints.
    2. Sounds like you didn't read the T&C's properly:-
Baccarat, Craps, Roulette, Sic Bo, Video Poker, Blackjack Switch and Blackjack Surrender do not count towards wagering.
    3. Some Playtechs are notorious for delaying payments as long as possible - in the very hope that players will do exactly what you did.
    4. If you were sure you'd fully met the bonus WR you should never have gone back & played more - you should have pursued your withdrawal. (no one forced you to play on)

You don't sound too pissed about losing your dosh, so good luck in the future & if you're new to online casino gambling, stick to the Meister's accredited sites!

welcome to the world of playtech!

these casinos comes in 3 groups

    a) the outright rogues, such as african palace and indigo, where you are unlikely to see your money again no matter what.

    b) the semi-rogues, golden palace group & crown solutions, while these will pay you eventually, they will use every trick in the book to stall your cash out in the hope that you go back and play your funds, a trick you have fallen for.

    c) the reputable ones, these are mainly UK based ones, even if you are not getting the runaround off their support, you still have the software to contend with, 15-18 losing hands at playtech doesnt surpise me.

i never play any playtechs because of those 3 reasons,

until playtech addresses these issues then they will continue to be a charter for rogues.

I know that African Palace has done some bad things in the past, but I just can't see substantiating their "rogueness" on this one case.

Just going on what the OP told us, s/he is the one who failed to follow the rules. I'm not knocking him/her because it could have just been an honest mistake, but adding this example/player as yet another reason that AP is "rogue" is just a little much to me.

African Palace / Indio are currently sitting on about $80,000 stolen funds. It's all in a report somewhere on this site.

    1) You are nuts for playing here.

    2) You are nuts for pissing your money away before pursuing the complaint.

Acropolis and Bet365. These I would trust. No others.

To play most ANY Playtech other than these two is...nuts.

Stay away from Playtech and you'll have less grief in the online casino world.

I do believe they have paid some of that.

    Totesport?

    Something wrong with them?

Or Betfred on a lesser scale?

And Mainstreet Vegas are pretty decent these days.

I wouldn't say nuts, but there are problems with any other playtech.

When you make unsubstantiated, and frankly, absurd claims about Playtech's software being rigged, it becomes hard to take your other points seriously (even though they are quite true in this case).

Anyone who's played pontoon extensively knows that a streak of 15 losses/18 hands isn't out of this world, as you lose to dealer ties and are forced to hit on 12-14. In general you lose far more hands than regular blackjack, but lose less overall due to the 2-1 payouts for pontoons and 5-card tricks, and the ability to double at any time.

I am facing the same problem at african palace my balance isaround $800 after they removed the $200 bonus. I played bj and got my balance up to $1400 at one point.

I just want a my balance from this casino.

Hopefully, the casino manager will respond to my request here.

Sorry this happened to you. African Palace is on the not recommended list here so I have not played there. Actually I do not really play any Playtech casinos.

Just do the best you can to recover your money. If your claim is real I am sure Casinomeister will do what he can.

You know what I think of African Palace

They shouldn't even be allowed to be a Playtech casino, but does Playtech care----No they don't

They've owed me 4 figures since June of 2005. This casino is the worst casino there is out there in my opinion, and again, Playtech knows this and they don't give a rats ass.
