    very slow pay by Cirrus

I deposited $10,000 and won $55,000 at Cirrus on April 16th 2005. They promised to send me $5,000 per week, then they changed that to $2,500 evey two weeks.

Since July 3rd, I have recieved a total of $2,500. They still owe me $40,000.

I have filed 3 different Montana disputes and pitched a bitch, but haven't recieved any help yet.

I've also had trouble with a $10,000 withdrawal from Captain Cooks on Oct 2nd. It's still pending and they aren't responding to my emails or casino mail from the software.

There's a lot I like about online gaming, but this trouble getting paid makes me wonder if it's a good idea at all.

The PABs are backlogged at the moment, but I'll make an effort to get this one out in the next day or two. RTG will be notified as well. I ran into the RTG rep at the EIG last week and told him that Cirrus Casino is still generating the same ol' same ol' complaints (delayed payments). He just rolled his eyes and shook his head, and told me to keep him up to snuff on this casino. RTG needs to pull the plug on this operation (sorry Christine - but that's how I feel).

    Terrible

Man, oh man. I've been posting a lot about the reliability of casinos and about how to choose a casino here lately, and even I thought I should give it a rest. But cases like this one justify my ramblings I think. I am truly sorry, and I hope you get your winnings. But why, oh why, deposit at any other than Meister approved casinos? With the exception maybe of some rock-solid (if indeed such a thing exists) establishments such as Ladbrokes etc... But...depositing at a rogue casino???? People, it's your money, don't throw it away.

Man, I can imagine the frustration. 50,000 bucks resting in a Cirrus account....

    fantastic bryan!!!

any chance you could go the whole hog and tell the world that virtual/cirrus/prism/cool cat are the same company ?

you have said in the past that they are, but then they admitted that were connected but has since gone their separate ways, i have sent you the evidence in the past that they are..

BTW bryan well done on some other issues you have dealt with recently, with a few companies you have made some long overdue statements recently with some casinos which have had more than their fair share of chances to redeeem themselves. keep up the good work.

    more cirrus

    Point taken, Bryan.
In my defense, I'll just say that I don't think Cirrus was not a problem casino at Casinomeister when I made my play on April 16th.

You are a magician if you can do something about this.
I figured you were just busy, you've got a lot on your plate - but what is Montana Dispute's excuse? Are they just apologists for Cirrus bad faith payouts?

Not that I'm trying to defend a casino that's holding $50k of yours (I can't even imagine being in that situation) but I just had a cashout from them for my second deposit and it was processed in about 1 day. So it seems that they will pay quickly sometimes.

At the very least, I feel that Christine has always been honest with me, even if her CS reps give me the run-around on my withdrawal status.

same company, but different management perhaps???...or something?.

personally, i dunno, but i've gotten some songs and dances from cirrus and coolcat, and never had any dealings with prism, but virtual has never been an issue with me, and is quickly becoming my favorite place to deposit my gambling funds...free chips anytime i ask, quick online help...i can't bitch at all about virtual.

Christine answered within five minutes of my email - you should be receiving something soon.

...please remind him to go ahead every week and make sure that he submits a cashout request for his weekly limit

I take it that players who are expecting scheduled payments need to submit cashout requests. This is something for some of you (who are waiting) to check on.
