I'm terribly sorry, you don't know how embarrassed I am, but apparently they changed that policy about a month ago. They left the US and Canada. When I spoke with them during the interview I asked this same question, and they told me they did accept players, but apparently they decided to leave last week. Forgive me, it was my fault. Just started working with them yesterday and they didn't give me an update about this matter until now.

If that's what they really told you, then I think you should be careful with your new employer - because they're telling porkies!
A quick look at the website revealed that it is a Rival Gaming casino - and they were ALL forced out of the USA by Rival themselves on April-16th 2011 (white labels) or August-7th 2011 (independents). No Rival casino has accepted Canadian players since Feb-1st 2009.

    Anyway, welcome to the forum!

Seems to me, being a total browser on anything and everything but more inclined towards 'casino groups' hehehe that lots of casinos accept USA ( as in will happily take their money) but when it comes to withdrawals 'problems flippn galoore

So I think its better to be 'honest up front' and say at the start NO USA - saves the usa citizens of going though the headache of thinking, yup its all good, must be - I can deposit my money here, I can play here and when I win here, shouldnt be a problem to withdraw here as anyone would naturally think that. And then when all the processing crap kicks in with the USA legalization....

well just causes problems for them. Sheesh makes me glad I dont live in the USA, cant believe all the crap they go through just to get their money that the majority are totally entitled too..

This is just my 2 cents worth. Im sorry if I offended anyone, I didnt mean too, its just what I've picked up from what I read and I have a bad tendacy to say exactly what Im thinking:

Welcome Seth. Many players are wary of Rival casinos as they are mostly white-labels controlled by the software provider. The fact that most rivals hold players' cashouts hostage for a minimum of 2-5 business days does not sit in well with the community. In general , the games are well-liked but the management with possibly the exception of the exited Slotocash, leaves a lot to be desired. If this casino can attend to the aforesaid problems players might come back.

We will be trying our best to avoid any problems like those, and will hope to see players come back. Thank you all for your welcome messages! If there is anything I can help with, let me know.
