    Thumbs up Hello fellow gamers

I used to be a member of Casinomeister about 4 years ago, but I forgot my name and code. I stopped playing for about 2 years, found it a bit too stressful and wanted to stop while I was ahead. Had a big win at a land casino and started using some of the money to play online again. Mostly like to play blackjack at places that offer bonuses. Most places make you play a lot of playthrough for blackjack bonuses and you really have to read all the fineprint. Even if it is a bonus just for blackjack and it says 20x playthrough, it will still say it the general terms that blackjack only counts as 1/3 or 10% or even less so in reality, your usually playing at least 60x playthrough and that's usually bonus plus deposit. One hint: quite a few places allow you to play dollar for dollar for blackjack once you become a VIP member. So this is where the bonuses can actually be beneficial.
In the past Bryan has helped me with one of the Costa Rican sites that was giving me lower and lower payments on a big win, and eventually wouldn't pay me when they said they would. It was very stressful. But Bryan took over, I wasn't suppossed to have any more contact with them, and he got me regular, decent payments, which I greatly appreciated.
Anyway, I'm happy to be back and am having some issues with WinPalace Casino. I won around $8000 as a new player with them and they are only paying me $500 every 2 to 3 weeks. In their banking withdrawal section there is wording which I feel can be easily abused to allow them to pay you in installments whatever amount they want. I don't believe this is fair gaming and despite many waisted late night calls and emails, as well as indications from customer service that my next payment will be a big one, this has never happened. They only have a few withdrawal methods as well, mostly not available to Canadians. So when using the bank wire option I have to pay heavy fees for every wire regardless how small it is. So I would not recommend playing there if you hope to win more than a few hundred dollars.
Despite that, there's been a couple casinos that have been very good, with excellent customer service, and reasonable rules and payments.
Anyway, good day to all and I look forward to reading other people's posts and hopefully getting some help with my one problem.

    Welcome Back!
    What was your username before?

I don't think Max or Bryan will help you with Win Palace, as he's not their biggest fan...
However, they do have a rep on the forum who visits very regularly and may be able to help speed up your cash-out process.
Please send a PM to danielg & see if he can help.

    Good luck!

    Thanks for the rep name

My user name before I think was either the same or I think it was actually with a capital S Shaner9. Thanks for the rep name, although it seems Casino WinPalace has changed their mind about the $500 per 2 week payments since I mentioned being on Casinomeister and I am now receiving $2500 payments. I actually foolishly kept playing and lost the majority of my balance. Just a couple days ago I received a very cold email stating that management has decided I am no longer eligible for bonus promotions, even though I continue to receive email bonus offers.

Curious about public's opinion of Fair Gaming and small payments

By the way, I'm curious if others agree with me that paying out $500 every 2 or 3 weeks on a nice win, would not be considered fair gaming. Also, when you read the rules from WinPalace Casino, is it absolutely clear that they are likely to make these kind of payments if you're a newer player, or do you think that this is tricky wording that can be abused by them. I just don't understand why they wouldn't want to try to have happy customers.

Hi ya Shaner!! Glad to see you decided to join in again! It is really neat that Casinomeister commands such respect from on line casinos, isn't it? With all your experience playing on line, I think it will be great to have another member that understands the ins and outs of on line gambling! Hopefully Bryan or Max can help you with your problem. If not, at least you know where to go to find another good casino. Bryan's accredited casino list!! It's the best!!!

    It is disgraceful.

The Winpalace group is full of anti-player rules like sticky WR and pathetic $500 payouts.

Why anyone would choose to play there is beyond me, but they obviously offer a good affiliate deal so they will always be promoted.

I doubt you will get paid any quicker unfortunately.

There are no sticky bonuses. The terms were changed and they are 100% similar to the accredited casinos here on the forum.

The payout will be become faster in the future, as well.

    Best regards,
    Daniel

Actually, if you go back and read the new wording, it still leaves an opening to remove excess winnings a second time, and are not 100% similar to accredited casinos (note in case anyone is confused - this group is NOT accredited - far from it in fact). I hope it was accidental.

We have heard the "we will pay faster" song many times over, so you will excuse me if I take it with a grain of salt.

I apologise if I seem abrupt, but I don't like my fellow members being led down the garden path.

    Nifty,

    You are not correct.

The exceeding winnings are not removed twice, but once. In terms of ND bonuses policies we are 100% similar to the way the accredited casinos here on the forum operate.

No one leading any one in any way: i said exactly as things are.

Yes, i do hope that the payouts will become faster in the future, but I do want to say: we have been online for 3 years and there is not a single player in all 5 of our brands that wasn't paid!!!
