Morning all, my name is Carmel and I'm the Affiliate Manager for Club gold Casino, one of the latest casinos to join the Playtech stable.

I joined this forum to assist players with any questions, problems, or issues they might have with our Casino. I work very closely with the Casino managment team, so rest assured that action will be prompt and resolved in the best way possible.

Like Felicie said, I always loved Playtech platform. I am hoping that one day, in the not too distant future, we will be able to play it again in the USA.

Well I have to say I'm completely underwhelmed with my experience so far. I went to the website and plastered on the main page of the website it says, "Receive $20 free" I downloaded and signed up and didn't get any freebie. They don't have live chat so I decided to write to support to find out why - maybe an expired offer, maybe because they're sister casino to someone I have an account with, maybe they don't give out freebies to Canada. If they're related to a casino I already have an account with, I'd like to know before depositing.

That was approximately 12 hours ago and still no response to my email. :rolleyes: So it doesn't bode well for a long term relationship. JMO

Thanks Matt - the issue wasn't so much the ND bonus but the lack of response to my email.

But I logged in to the casino today and there was live chat available (so they have it but not 24/7) and chatted with a very nice person there who told me that it showed that there was a response sent. While on chat he tried sending me several emails which I didn't receive - I had him switch to an alternate email address and it worked fine. So it wasn't that they didn't respond, it's that I didn't receive the mail.

But it seems as though their mails are being blocked by my ISP, which rings some warning bells but maybe it's a false alarm.
 
I was given a $100 bonus 75xWR $200 max cashout.

Not sure if its even worth playing.

I considered asking them to remove it so I could just claim the signup bonus but I found it was 35xDB and I refuse to play under those terms.

Some VIP guy has called me twice to see what I think but I'm sure he didn't like what I thought.
 
Oh yeah the $20 freebie was slots only with a max cashout of $50. I didn't ask what the WR was because I figured I'd just lose anyhow (and I was right!) but he told me (in chat) that their deposit bonuses are 25x (D+B) but that slot wagering counts 50%

I found that odd - don't slots usually count 100%?

Not necessarily; Villento & Rich Reels had the same crazy rule.
Hopefully that will be scrapped now they are part of the ever-expanding Casino Rewards Empire...

So what counted 100%?

The chat person only said slots count 50% and table games don't count at all. I don't think he mentioned VP, but most Playtechs base wagering on slots play ONLY.

So it seems like if they have 25x wagering but nothing you bet is over 50%, then the wagering is really 50x, right? :confused:

i put that on the chat again and the answer was "the home page is not updated, check the time in the page of thursday promotion" and in another sub-page it was 0:05, 2 different clocks in the same page? is this usual?
and right now (+/- 40 minutes after) the time it sthills in 0:05 promotion page and 23:35 home page
what page is this? kkkk
