Hi everyone, can't find a thread

Hi everyone, i am new too.
As you probably guess i am a bingo fan.
I am sorry to bother with a matter that has been discussed before but unfortunately i can't find the thread.
It's about the verification procedure in the situation when all the utility bills required are registered on father's name because he lives with his parents on the same house.
Is it ok to have such documents rejected as proof of address?

Haven't seen that thread, but if you're having an issue with docs, you might get some information from threads, but each case is ultimately unique. You would be best served by contacting a rep here if one exists, creating a thread with more details about YOUR case, and of course your best bet is to work directly with the casino CS.

As far as posting here, you'll probably get some good feedback concerning your unique situation versus trudging through old threads.

thanks everyone for suggestions.
The website is Mariabingo, owned by Parabolgames .They asked me to send them screenshots of my Neteller and Moneybookers profile page, a copy of my I.D. and an utylity bill registered in my name.
Everything was fine except the utility bill because was registered in my father's name. I sent them a statement of my pension fund with my name on it clearly showing my address, they said is older than three months and comes from a private pension fund, threfore not accepted.
I suggested i could send them my recently legalized I.D. or my birth certificate, they never replied.
What should i do?

Start by contacting them and explaining your situation. They should be able to provide you with an alternate means of address verification. Possibly a bank statement, cellphone bill, or even a sworn affidavit (which would be at your expense).

I sent them a more recently utility bill and my legalized I.D and the docs were approved.
Fell like everyone was expecting me to come here and speak about my problems.
