Hello, I'm new to this forum... I found many useful information on it, but couldn't find anything about Vegas Ace Casino, a new Rival casino. Does anyone know them? Thanks!

Vegas Aces casino is a new site run by BetUS.

BetUS is a well established sports book and have had an integrated Rival based casino for years. But it is run as an independent with extremely limited deposit and withdrawal options which is why it has remained as possibly the least popular of the 35-ish Rivals online today.

Vegas Aces is also an independent as far as I know, but has been kept totally separate from the rest of the BetUS operation. They also have very limited banking options, basically only taking Moneybookers & Credit Cards = useless for USA players.

I list them on my websites and IMHO they are safe to play at if the banking issue is not a problem for you.

I am having a NIGHTMARE there
I deposited shortly after reading about them around here. I figured, why not. Well.... even after claiming one welcome promo and depositing, no money has appeared in my account. Then I contacted them, and I got a part of the cash there. No bonus added, though, even though I can "unclaim" it in the cashier. Then I've contacted them a bazillion times about it only to hear that "the supervisors" need to handle it... or that "it has been forwarded to tech dpt"... "it'll be done within 48 hrs" etc. etc. I had to chase. I hate that.
And it takes a couple of minutes to handle that.

In the end I got fed up. I asked for a withdrawal of my funds. I cannot play there, they seem unreliable if they can't handle that in weeks and weeks. I wanted to play a quick game, and then you get caught up in "let me try contacting them again..". In the end I haven't played a single hand.
Take a guess whether I got my cash back so far...

Hi Krasa, I am a new member here as well. Your situation sounds awful From what I am reading the rival sites seem to be experiencing multiple problems. I am waiting on a withdrawal from one myself which has been 7 days and counting. It's not long though compared to some so I am just going to wait and see at present. I'm sorry you got burned so badly. It just makes sites like this where there is some really good advice and more knowledgeable people so important.
