You've got to be kidding here Jasmine...In the 13 years that I have been gambling online I have never heard of such an insane and ridiculous term...EVER!!!

Good luck with that Cindy! I'm actually surprised that you even joined Casinomeister with a term like that in your T's & C's. Are you guys part of the Virtual Group?

Their software is net entertainment. There were several games I really enjoyed, CS was good and clear at explaining bonus terms. I really got a lot of play out of the freechip I received with winning a couple of places in tournaments from further bonus money. May have even been in a position to cash out a small amount (less than the cashout allowed on the bonus), but continued to play since the games were so enjoyable.

This was what really stopped me from risking a small deposit. It was, however quite clear in the terms and support was quite upfront about it.

Hope that now Cindy is on board with meister they may reconsider.

Excellent point, that would definitely be a T & C we would take off immediately. A max cashout with no bonus would put us in the dirt before we even launched hehe.

The Term & Condition is being read incorrectly though. It's a 10x max cashout on the deposit amount of withdrawals that have a bonus applied to them.

Once again excellent point though and I'll update that to be more clear because as we all know, perception is reality

Hopefully we can get some of you more frequent slotterzz (like myself) winning soon and thanks for the feedback!

There is no date on your current Terms and Conditions page. It has been changed since my sign up in early September.

From the current Terms:

If you are somebody who does not enjoy bonuses then you should not accept any bonuses on any deposit of his own money (make this request by sending a email to promotions@BingoLasVegasCasino.com) and therefore this term won't apply to you and you will never have any maximum cashout associated with your account.

I no longer have the chat transcripts, but they would have been on or about September 3rd to 10th. I remember being really surprised, and questioning the rep. I conveyed to them that I would be unlikely to make a deposit with those tersm. PM me if you would like further help tracking them down to make sure support is explaining things correctly.

Also, it says you should not accept ANY bonus on ANY deposit. I enjoy play both with and without bonuses. Virtual casinos use terms like this to deny having to pay winners with terms about the amount of bonuses previously taken and freechips.

Terms should be less ambigous. "Any deposit made without a bonus will not be subject to a maximum cashout. Payments will be limited to our weekly cashouts outlined above." would be much clearer if that is in fact your policy.

Also, please note that the casino is http://bingolasvegascasino.com. xxx.bingolasvegas is an entirely different site.
