There is no date on your current Terms and Conditions page. It has been changed since my sign up in early September.

From the current Terms:



I no longer have the chat transcripts, but they would have been on or about September 3rd to 10th. I remember being really surprised, and questioning the rep. I conveyed to them that I would be unlikely to make a deposit with those tersm. PM me if you would like further help tracking them down to make sure support is explaining things correctly.

Also, it says you should not accept ANY bonus on ANY deposit. I enjoy play both with and without bonuses. Virtual casinos use terms like this to deny having to pay winners with terms about the amount of bonuses previously taken and freechips.

Terms should be less ambigous. "Any deposit made without a bonus will not be subject to a maximum cashout. Payments will be limited to our weekly cashouts outlined above." would be much clearer if that is in fact your policy.

I tried the nd promotion. The slots are nice (i remember to have played "Crusade of Fortune" before in the Ongame network). Had several hours of very entertaining playtime and a huge balance after meeting the WR. Max cashout is 250, which I find very good for a free chip. For a flash casino it leaves a very good impression so far.

Quick update: After I won on the free chip and finished the WR, the casino sent me a reminder that I can withdraw the max amount of 250 after I make a minimum deposit of 20. I did that on monday and today the casino transferred the 250 $ into my moneybookers account. No problems at all, thumbs up! Although I usually prefer download casinos, I will gladly come back and play.
