I think you quite clearly broke their T&C's and so are up sh*t creek without a paddle.

From Class1 T&Cs:
Only one FSB will be awarded per person, family, household address, e-mail address, credit card number, and environments where computers are shared (universities, dormitories or fraternities, schools, public libraries, workplaces, etc.).

Sorry you learned the hard way, but you MUST read & understand the T&Cs at ANY casino before you deposit.
