Nearly 100% of free chips have maximum withdrawls such as 10x or 20x.. so you probably won't be seeing much of that 5k. Congrats anyways, welcome to the forum!

I appreciate how worrying it is to send personal info to casinos, but with any reputable casinos like those listed here at CM or on my sites there really is no need to worry.
I have sent scans of my passport, utility bills & credit cards lots of times and not had any problems since I found out who is rogue & who is not.
Club World is highly reputable - I'm sure you will have no worries with them.
