Success and service at RTG

I originally joined to find out which casinos to avoid. My prome reason for joining was to complain. AND I believe that good service should receive as much attention as bad service. After a couple of years of trying many casinos, I am really comfortable with RTG. The payout can be slow, but the service is great 98% of the time.

Palace of Chance:
They treat me like a king, regularly dropping me a line about special bonuses. They pay out faster than rest of RTG, 7-10 days.
Speak with Dean if you want great service.

Bet Royal:
I was quoted a bonus and the late night shift person would not give me the stated insurance. The very next morning, I had an apologetic email and my account was appropriately credited.

Club Player:
I thought I was a VIP, and I missed out on $250 of withdraw against insurance that I could have had. Chris pointed out to me that I was just $300 away from VIP status and quickly corrected himself to $1300. What was amazing to me was that not only did he honor his slip and allowed me VIP status for a $300 deposit, he made my VIP membership retroactive and credited me with the $250 withdraw that I would have qualified for.
So for a $300 deposit, I got a no max/no play 210%
bonus PLUS $250 withdraw. All for a net outlay of $50.

I was amazed at this kind of service. If you want a good deal talk with Chris. This has to be my best casino 'good service' experience.

thecoach1 why don`t you take a look at the rogue casinos list? You`ll find more information about your favourites RTG casinos.

If you like RTG and fast payouts then you might be pleasantly surprised to find a couple here that pay out same day, or next day. You ought to check out the Accredited section and in particular iNetBet and Club USA. The former cashout every day, the latter either same day or next day

It should save you a complaint or two in the future too

What Simmo! said. There are a number of RTGs that handle themselves much better. Please check out some of the links that Vortran sent you. I'm sure you will find these helpful.

It could be that the OP was shill, but what if not? S/he should be given respect and direction. Either way this thread is positive and productive and accomplishing the goal imo.

you are correct but he joined 8 months ago and has been reading up on what casinos to avoid. then in his first post, he comes out with that? hard to believe he did any research. schill all the way!!! lol.
