    Exclamation Rushmore Group issues

Due to what I and most members feel is an unfair casino practice, Rushmore casino has been removed from the Accredited Section. More information here:

I really hate that this happened but maybe its what this group needs, to hit bottom and try to build themselves up again. I still feel that Louise was only doing what was handed down to her by upper managment and this is a damn shame, she did take care of her customers on this forum until they hit that bump in the road awhile back with slow payments, i guess this last issue was what put them over the edge of the road and wrecked what could have been a great future for them here.......................laurie

They get discredited for this?? As I think somebody pointed out in the complaint thread, many places, and not just casinos, have this inactivity clause. I do admit a "where have you been?" email should've been sent, but who leaves $1-2k laying around to get taken in the first place??

But most places will reactivate your account - and that's the way it should be. The guy left it stagnant for a couple of years - sure that's odd. But who are we to question the reasoning behind this .He could have been sick, in jail, in a monastery - who knows. The thing is, is this fair? Is this something an accredited casino should be doing? I say no.

Perhaps if the casino would be more communicative, we wouldn't be having this issue.

Something to think about.....1 or 2K might not be that much of a bankroll to some. It's the principal of the action taken, not the amount of the bankroll he/she had in there. The amount is irrelevant. I applaud CM's actions as this is not the only issue Rushmore has been having which includes slow payouts and the lack of an adequate explanation for that.

Angry Rushmore Group should not have been removed

hello im new here but as with a few others i had some delay with payment with cherry red and all but louise responded to me very fast everytime also ben in withdrawels always responded fast if they were not accredited my exp could have been way worse but they do care about the customers and they do try and resolve issues fast as possible ...they had some delays for a bit but thats all resolved now so i think its unfair that they be removed from the list because someone didnt follow there terms and conditions it would be diffrent if it wasnt clearly listed but it is and many other casinos have similar terms and they are accredited ones as well ....anyway just my 2 cents but id say to anyone wanting to play at a fair and honest casino that cherry red rushmore and slots oasis are good casinos to play at especially with a very good casino rep like louise on here to offer help any way she can i would ask all those who louise and ben has helped to post comments and see if we cant help get rushmore group back on the accredited list .....ty

Just for the record - the operator has not responded to being removed or to address the issue of the player's account. This is one of the main reasons - you don't clam up and expect to be listed as an Accredited Casino.

It's a real shame, because yes - I stood up for this casino through thick and thin, but they allow this minor issue escalate into what it is. This is not a good sign.

    Thank you Casinomeister

I think you did the right thing.

Rushmore Group had several complaints about late withdrawals as well. Late payments is breaking the rules. As a player I accept terms and conditions and sign to follow them. These rules should work both ways. I commit to follow the rules, and the casino commits to follow the rules. Is the rule "payment within 48 hours", well then should the casino pay out within 48 hours.
I play for the entertainment, and the thrill of winning sometimes. And all the thrill and enterainment is totally spoiled when I am not sure I get my money.
