Don't get me wrong - I still think they are a good group, but they need to be more communicative, and to not contact the player (like most casinos do) that his account was pending dormancy was not a fair thing to do. They should have also explained why they didn't consider to reopen the account.

When casinos come on board, it is expected that they remain communicative and treat players fairly. This was not fair, and they remain relatively silent. I cannot endorse casinos that behave this way.

I just have to put in a good word for The Rushmore Group. I requested a withdrawal from Cherry Red on 10/18 and it was in my bank today. It only took 5 days. That is the fasted ever to my bank. Thank you Rushmore and keep up the good work.

Being removed from Accredited is NOT the same as being tossed into the Rogue pit. The Accredited section is supposed to contain the CREAM of the crop, and to allow a casino to remain there when it is becoming evident that something has changed for the worse, for whatever reason, dilutes the standard of "Accredited".

I was expecting the persistent payment problems to get them removed, but it didn't. Louise was always willing to come here and explain, and try to get something done. The higher-ups, though, were being far too secretive, and what they passed down the chain to Louise was severely questioned on the forum, and she was hard pressed to get more substantive answers from upper management.

This, I'm sure, was the "last straw". Not merely an issue about a long dormant account, but a refusal by the operator to communicate with the standard setter, Bryan, about the reasoning as to WHY they took such a harsh, and unusual, stance with this player.

From the player's own post, he did NOT simply abandon the money, he submitted a withdrawal, and expected it to be processed without any hassle. The problem was that the casino ran him through their "red tape", and when they didn't receive a reply from him during the process, decided not to bother following it up as to WHY.
The player said he just forgot in the end, after putting it off. The casino made no further effort to "jog his memory", and so he forgot that this withdrawal was never paid, until recently.

I have just reached a similar situation with another Accredited casino, and they have shown how it SHOULD be done.

I received an email from All Jackpots informing me that in a MONTH my account would become dormant, and any balance and loyalty points would be cleared unless I logged back in, and made a wager, or a deposit.
I installed the casino again, and sure enough, 56 PENCE

I am careful, and will remove substantial balances (or lose them) before uninstalling a casino, so even if I forget, it will only be a few pence lost.

Rushmore have failed to show that they behaved similarly when this player's account became dormant. Perhaps they did, but since they will not communicate, how does Bryan know?

There is another aspect to this, what if a player were to submit a PAB against Rushmore, would this too find Max unable to get any communication from the operator, with them ending up on the "No Can Do" list. This too would raise a stink, but it would be about LEAVING them accredited when it turns out they are "No Can Do" on the PAB front the next time one is generated for them.

Removal from Accredited should be a "kick up the a***" for them, but it rather looks like they don't really care. When William Hill ended up in the Rogue pit earlier because they ended up being responsible for the old Cpays casinos, the CEO was quick to put things right the best they could, and were pretty communicative - even if the results were not what players were hoping for.

I agree if they wont communicate - you got nothing but....maybe someone there does care a little as I sure got a nice little birthday gift from Rushmore and Oasis last week and haven't played there in a while. I hope they come around - we need all the good rtg's we can get.

Just to add - they're back on since their communication problems have been solved. I'll close this thread out so it doesn't seem that they've been booted again
