    Poker???

Hello yes I just recently started playing poker online. I played a little at Bo Dog Poker and thought it was a pretty good poker room. Are there any poker rooms that I should watch out for? And what Poker rooms are people currently playing at that I should play at because they are fair and pay and all? Please respond Poker players....Thanks

Check out pokerpulse.com. This site lists traffic at all major online poker rooms. If you stick to rooms in the top 20, you'll never have a problem.

    The largest rooms are

    Party Poker
    Paradise
    UltimateBet
    Pokerstars

    Bodog is also just fine.

Depends what you're looking for in your poker room.
If you just want to play for 'fun' rather than trying the near impossible of actually attempting to profit from it, then like me, you probably want one that's easy to use & with very nice graphics.

I make no apology for keeping on about it, but True Poker is the best room by miles!
It's at least 3 times better than anything else I've seen.

My second favourite is Empire Poker - very good graphics and 10,000's of opponents to chose from!

Paradise Poker is fairly nice - but the fact that I ALWAYS lose there makes me a little suspicious about the randomness of their RNG!

I dislike (almost to the point of hating) the graphics that Crypto's and Prima's (Microgaming) use. They are diabolical compared to those above.

Wherever you play, good luck - and watch out for Pokeraddict!

Thumbs up Thank You Very much

Thanks for the advice guys. I received a CD in the mail for Empire Poker so I suppose I will give it a shot. Also I believe Ultimate Bet is the one that the Pro's always advertise. So I will sign up and see how it goes. Thanks again

I would think it would make you suspicious of your poker playing abilities.

Paradise is one of the oldest and most reputable sites out there. Suggesting that their deal isn't random is laughable.

    Yeah - you're probably right!
I admit my poker skills are somewhere between poor and crap!

It's just that I play TruePoker 2-3 times a week, and my last deposit was $60 in January 2004!
Whereas if I play at Paradise I get through $60 a month!

Anyone fancy a heads-up over Laura Croft?
