Perhaps you have some clout to investigate this issue with Prima. Noone's(yours, Captain's, etc.) private tourneys showed up for me until after I turned off my firewall. What in the world could that have to do with anything?

I politely request that you count me out of the CM freerolls. Had too much trouble on my old laptop with the software and will not be downloading the software on my new PC.

With regards to the Private Freeroll issues. I have received a response on the issue. There is nothing we can do about this at this stage as Norton and other firewalls has done something that interfere with our software. It's a bit to technical for me so please excuse me for not explaining it better. Prima is currently negotiating with these companies with regards to this issue.

How can Prima blame Norton?
I have NO problems with ANY other casino or poker room.
Are they also going to blame someone else for the fact that their crap software also eats up some PC's resorces making everything, including the poker play itself, run like a knackered old dog???
