Thanks everyone for the additional replies. I also wanted to update the community on a positive recent development. Since this post was started I received an e-mail from the casino manager at Sportsbook. I'll copy & paste it here so everyone can see the good news.
"Dear Shannon, My name is Laura and I’m the Casino Manager at Sportsbook.com. I saw your thread at CasinoMeister and I asked the proper department about the two pending payouts you have with us. They’ve informed me that they’re just waiting for legible copy an ID and a copy of your utility bill in order to process your pending withdrawals. If you send us this today, I’ll make sure your payouts are approved within 24 hours. You can send me this information directly to be forwarded to them OR you can also send this documentation to cashier@sportsbook.com. If you have any questions regarding your payouts, do not hesitate to contact me back. Regards, Laura Casino Manager" I sent the requested documents to Laura and in less then 5 minutes she replied. "Hi Shannon, Now that you have sent them to me I’ll make sure they process your payout, ok? So sorry for this delay. If you ever need anything (faster) you can contact me and I’ll personally see after you account. I’ll let you know as soon as your payouts are approved and I’ll make sure they realize you have sent these docs twice now. Regards, Laura Casino Manager" I sent her a reply expressing my greatfulness & her reply... "Hey Shannon, You’re very welcome! I’m here to assist you and now I need to make sure you get the checks fast!!! Once you have received it I can say: Mission Accomplished! J Talk to you soon. Regards Laura" I hope Sportsbook gives her a raise. Thanks Laura for personally attending to this matter. I'll update this thread again once I finally receive payment and the check clears. |

Well Notorious2K8 I must say that is AWESOME news!!
![]() Its great to find a casino manager who will put thier whole effort into pleasing and keeping thier customers! (and IMO.. it seems to be slowly increasing in that department lately! ) It would have been great if everything was done in a timely manner prior to Laura reading this here...BUT I give her an A+++ for handing it personally and professionally! ![]() I am confused as to who the rep for sportsbook is . If it is listed here here at Casinomeister as the bodog sportbook rep .. then there is no one in specific and it also shows they have not logged in since july 16th.Would Laura like to introduce herself? As manager or rep? ![]() If they take US players this may be why I have not played there. Regarless, It's always nice to have any casino manager or rep drop by and say "Hello"

Hey Folks,
Another update for anyone who is interested. Hi Shannon, Yes. I just saw an email from last night (I was home so I didn’t read it until today) saying your withdrawal was OK to be sent out. So I have asked him to please send it TODAY. This is the process now: They will send the list of withdrawals to the processor The Processor sends the checks No worries about posting my replies. I’m not the spokes person of the company so I cannot go and post but I have many members that contact me directly for issues not related to the casino. I really like to help and make a difference as I can feel players’ frustration on this type of situations. Talk to you shortly! Regards, Laura |

I FINALLY received a confirmation mail that my checks have indeed been sent. My account was compensated nicely as well. I'll let you all know once the check arrives. Thanks Laura for your initiative & following things through. Please send my thanks to all other staff/departments that were involved in making this happen. |

players only poker withdraw problems
i am on my 2nd withdraw with this site. last time it took a while, but eventually i received my money.
this time, it has been a few weeks, and i called today and they say they have "NO PROCESSOR" and are not sending out "ANY CHECKS"!!! they tell me it will be about 3 to 5 weeks more before processing will begin. this is insane in my opinion. i tried calling to find this "LAURA", but no one seems to know who she is without an extension and even asking for the casino manager does no good. how can i get ahold of Laura who maybe can help me??? i really like this site and was hoping to continue to play here for years to come, but until these matters are resolved, I am extremely frustrated and disappointed to say the least. does Laura have an extension? what phone number could i reach her at? another thing that pisses me off is that they have a great processor for deposits. your account will get credited almost instantly. but withdrawls is a completely different story. i am being a little impatient since it has only been a couple weeks, but i just have a feeling i will be complaining for several weeks or months to come as it does not feel like i will be getting a check any time soon. thanks for letting me vent.

Hey Buyer,
As of my last update I received a tracking number, but there is no longer any estimated date of delivery after checking FedEx's site. I called FedEx & they explained to me that a company can obtain a FedEx number, but not actually deliver the package to FedEx for shipment. The number can sit on processor's desk for weeks without them ever actually sending a package. The FedEx number was created on Aug 19, 2008 @ 7:18 AM. Laura said to give it a few days for the order to start showing movement in FedEx's tracking page, but tomorrow will be a full week. I sent Laura an e-mail Saturday,Aug 23rd asking her when should I start getting concerned, but have yet to receive a reply. She's usually prompt, but then again I did send it over the weekend & it's only been one business day. She did say she would be checking her e-mail daily though. Once again I'm beginning to get skeptical again. A FedEx number with no actual package & Laura has not responded in 3 days. They did comp my account, but what good is a "virtual comp" if it doesn't result in a real world payout. It is reassuring to know you have had at least one successful withdraw with them. I'll PM you her addy. GL! |
