prima sign up problems - need help

hi,

i've tried to sign up at rednines.com and battlefieldpoker last weekend. i never had any problems with prima rooms and having accounts at 32red, betdirect and unibet. but i can't sign up a the rednines and battlefield. i'm going through all the the steps of the sign up process and then this error occurs everytime. similar at both rooms.

i re-installed it a million times, switched off my firewall, disabled pop-up blockers, allowed cookies and all that stuff. i've tried to install the rooms on 4 different computers - without success. i've even tried to install it in the office on clean windows xp ... same error.

the support was fast and kind but couldn't really help and forwarded my problem to microgaming. a google-search brought up a few cases in which player had the same problems but no help what to do.

From your screen shot, the error looks to be on their end and not yours.

If the error is in fact on their end there is nothing you can do to correct the problem, other than let the poker rooms know you have received this error when trying to sign up and it looks like you already did that.
