    Correct, no phone support. Their email support is easily the worst in the industry too. Even Party Poker's worst era for support cannot rival how bad UB's support is.

    I wish I knew this before. I have never had a problem with them until now, so I never had to rely on their support. 30+ hours without a response other than "Your message has been sent to the relevant department"...unreal.

    They recently merged with Absolute, check absolute's page to see if you can find a number and give them some crap

    I hate poker rooms with out chat or phone service, they are just too lame.
