    Question about joining poker room.

    Hello all,

Im planning in joining a poker room however in mexico B&M casinos are ilegal, dont know about online gambling, there's not much legislation about internet here, anyways i just asked in live chat if i can join 32red poker room and they said yes, but... i've read here and there that casinos will take your money but wont pay if gambling is ilegal in your country... kinda don't know what to do.

Now that i think of it i would have asked if i could keep my winnings (if any lol)

Thanks for any advice, been asking around here(city) but seems no body knows about internet gambling :S

I've never heard of a poker room seizing deposits because it may or may not be legal. Read the T&C's, if your country is not excluded you should be fine. I have never seen Mexico excluded before.

And to answer your question, if 32Red said you could play there, then you can. And you will also be able to get paid if/when you cash out from them.

Just do a search on 32Red in the forum here, and you will see many others feel the same way. They're very reputable.
Operators: If you don't know what Transparency means, then here you go.....now how about practicing it?

Transparency, as used in the humanities and in a social context more generally, implies openness, communication, and accountability. It is a metaphorical extension of the meaning a "transparent" object is one that can be seen through. ...

Great, feel much more confident to play there now. I DID search the forum to know which casinos are the most reputable of those which i saw in the CM list.

    Thanks

you should be fine to play there as well as sites like UB, Full Tilt and Poker Stars. Reputable sites will not confiscate your money if they let you play. That said if you get big wins you are best to withdraw a big part of it just to be on the safe side.

Gambling (including poker) may actually be illegal in your country and the fact that you are being allowed to play by the poker site would not negate this liability. I think it would be unlikely that you would be prosecuted but you should be aware of this before you play.

Are you going to keep spamming Poker Host? Do you really think this helps your cause?

Just to show the pattern of ridiculous Poker Host spam by Lostghost on the net. This type of behavior shows why Poker Room Review gives them a D+ Sportsbookreview gives their parent company a D- and states "Poor, some risk to players funds. Poor customer service, etc." for their grade. SBG Global, a sportsbook with a bad reputation in the industry, owns Poker Host.

The Poker Host spam has been nasty and endless on the internet in the last 45 days or so. I deleted several multi accounters at BonusWhores and their Poker Host spam posts from the same Costa Rican IP as well as deleted spam at 2+2 pertaining to PH. They emailed us at BW asking why they were IP banned and did not know why. Here is an example of their spam still floating around. Do you really want to play somewhere that acts like this and gets some of the worst possible grades at SBR and PRR?

http://www.online-pokernews.com/en/f...er-topics.html (third thread from top but content was deleted 'wonder why?')

Lostghost, do you really feel spamming your agenda is really the best way to promote your site? Why not buy advertising or clean up the terrible image Poker Host has first?
