Concerning "GameScale", this was my thinking/writing mistake. I meant to write, that ConanCasino is - at the moment - exclusively running on that software and jetset was right, Gamescale is a "white label" supplier. Hope this clears it all up.

I also recall seeing a flood of Conan related spam for a while, although it does seem to have dropped off this year.
Players are often suspicious of "unknown" software, even if it is perfectly legit. A software needs some kind of "pedigree" in order for it to be trusted, and certain softwares are associated with certain classes of operator.
For example, Top Game is associated with rogue operators, and any new operator with this software will come under scrutiny. On the other hand, Microgaming has very few rogue operators, so a new casino running Microgaming is often trusted to a considerable degree simply because it has gotten a license from MGS.
