I don't know. Sounds like a chore that could have marginal results, if you got anywhere with it. Be interested to hear what happens if you try though. But I still believe in boycotting and solidarity with players like Trezz. I don't know Trezz and I've been a regular player at CasinoShare and never a had problem.

Then I see a thread like this and alluvasudden I have a BIG problem with CasinoShare exactly because the spammy affiliate is a slippery snake that has little to lose and no incentive to stop unless the casinos lean on them. And what will get casinos to do more than just give them a little talking to? So THAT'S who forum members should stand up to, en masse, and let the casino know that if they don't control their affiliates then it will cost them, big time.

It takes drastic measures and big noise to get this issue taken serioulsly and I'm baffled, frankly, why more members aren't down for Trezz.

You're Mission Impossible dealio might be cool and informative and get the real scoop on what's happening but in the meantime, to get ACTION on this, I think you need to put the gloves on and get in the player's corner. And so does every player reading this.

I got jammed, a little, for all that slamming of FL I did here http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...tml#post258040 when their spammers were just filling my inbox, daily, but I haven't had a single spam email for a FL new account sign up offer in months. Not a single one. And I did that alone with not one other player jumping in. What's up with that?

I doubt I have the credentials, they are probably pretty wary of giving the "scoop" to just any "business" that approaches them, after all, it IS illegal, and they would not want to be outed by a journalist, for example.
This is a trick often tried by journalists, and rogue businesses are well aware of it.

There is very little information on their website, unless you register & give them your details, which they could end up misusing

I have also noticed a sharp increase in "spam" from AFFILIATE PROGRAMS, not affiliates, I MEAN THE PROGRAMS THEMSELVES!!!!!!!

It goes to my website address, so not quite "spam" in the normal sense, but in the sense that they have sent a mass email that bears no relevance to me or my site, yet pretend to have personally reviewed my site and selected it.

I doubt that a program would look at a site, see nothing had changed on it for over 2 years, and think "hey, what an excellent place to get us promoted"

Unless they've redone the qualifying criteria settings.....in other words, they and what's important to them might have changed in that time.

Believe me I share your thoughts too.

A pity really because my concerns have always been focused on the betterment of the industry. In this case it's SPAM which affects everyone.

Oh received another SPAM from "All-In UK Members" yesterday.

The same bogus outfit that I commenced this thread about.
    http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...tml#post295278

Except this time (ironically) they're flogging Fortune Lounge Casinos.

Fortunately I have contacts at FL (much higher that aff managers) & this has been sent to them...I also forwarded it to my aff manager as well.

    [15]Play [16]
    The International Black-Jack League ,-
An incredible phenomenon, allows players to compete against each
other in an live environment. This gripping new product is
fast-paced, allowing players to truly experience hand-to-hand
combat In Elimination Black Jack, players get to play several
hands in consecutive rounds. On selected rounds, the player with
the smallest chip stack will be ‘eliminated,’ leaving fewer
players after each elimination round to proceed onto the last
    winning round.
The addition of other real-time players allows for a wider level
of gain; because players do not play against the house only, they
get to maximize their winnings in a way that resembles landbased
casino Black Jack. Rounds are high-speed, competitive fights for
survival, and the inclusion of a ’secretbet’ option gives
Elimination style an edge of intrigue that takes the
International Black Jack League beyond the usual Black Jack
experience. The secretbet also gives players an added edge at
    such a crucial point.
Moreover, there is a live leaderboard which players can use to
keep track of their winnings and rank, . Go to our link below for

The above links redirect from c-f-1.com to allaffiliatenews.com (have to be quick to see it) and are forwarded directly to the FL casinos.

    I will keep you updated!

    Oh and btw

    Google UK Map Link:

Is not a valid address nor is Lassert Way Bristol United Kingdom.

That's comical because the above address is what c-f-1.com uses on their SPAM mailers and as we can all see it's a non existent address.

Can you spell the word DODGY

    Cheers

I also received that "All In" spam for the FL casinos. I used the "report spam" email address for Royal Vegas, and got an automated receipt (so they got it).

FL can't be arsed to get back to me though - how can I therefore have ANY confidence that this is nothing more than a whitewash by casinos who KNOWINGLY allow this to happen, but pretend it is against policy.

Not only does the "All In" newsletter use FAKE postal addresses, they ALSO fail to allow recipients to opt out. This breaks even the derided can-spam act, let alone the more robust anti spam laws requiring prior opt in.

This is the kind of dodgy dealing Communicator Corporation have become involved with, and do not seem like wanting to stop anytime soon; yet despite this, both Club World and Playshare feel Communicator Corporation a fit third party bulk mailing agent to handle their personalised promotions, and thus their players email addresses.

Using a fake address is FRAUD, something casinos say is enough to void a player's winnings, yet it is something they can "work with" when it comes to some of their business partners.

There is no way that Club World and Playshare can be ignorant now of what kind of "bulk mailing agent" Communicator Corporation are, yet as far as I know, they STILL have the contracts, and thus access to our email addresses.
