Legalized Online Gambling to the USA?

Hi all. When do you think we will see legalized online gambling to the USA?

The casinos have all since been cutoff from payment processing and it won't be long before the last casinos will get busted which accept American bets.

Dice3d supposedly has shut down USA accounts after the latest busts which had a legal physical land based Casino in Antwerp.

I have no problem with legitimate casinos opening up where people play the game of chance as long as they are credible entities. But in the USA, the gambling laws seem to all be done to prevent competition and are all in violation of the interstate commerce clause.

Sad to see the current state of events whereby the Federal Government is taking down sites without actually legalizing it or regulating it.

The Unlawful gambling act I argue is unconstitutional and in violation of the interstate commerce clause. However no one seems to be challenging this or allowing online gambling at the state level.

Meant 3 dice. And I am not sure if they have stop accepting USA accounts but there is no way with them to move any payments to USA customers for withdrawls and I presume also for deposits.

The DOJ was using undercover payment processors and literally in the last few weeks has shut down an untold number of sites so the industry seems to have been drying up as of late with the last few contenders operating on shady lines who will unfortunately be the next casualties in the marketplace.

    Please define "Credible Entity".

I find several casinos that will never make a sanctioned list to be credible. And if the playing field were level the likes of Bally's or Caesers or MGM would not stand a chance.

So you just made it up. Nice.

I'm sure 3dice appreciates the misinformation, as do the members.

Credible as in non fly by night and adhering to the best gaming standards.

Atlantic City, Las Vegas, New York, Midwest Casinos, Indian Reservation Casinos, casinos abroad in nations like Singapore, and even in nations like Europe such as Belgium which have excellent reputations and various other nations too numerous to list.

Such doesn't have to be "LAND BASED" per say as long as they maintain physical offices and transparency that can be successfully audited.

Credible means credible. I realize one can define it various ways but I am not excluding non land based casinos or competition in the global marketplace from abroad.

Right now the payment processing system seems to be one sided because it seems to be more of a power grab for the big casinos to avoid losing revenue rather than to adhere to making sure consumers don't get ripped off.

IGT and other software and casinos which are legitimate in nature with legitimate casinos running those facilities have every right to compete in the online marketplace today.

I would like to report this post because I sense something but I would also like to know what happens to deleted posts. Is there a membership level where they are accessible?

I know what you mean Domme - I'm getting the same vibe.

I don't believe posts are deleted unless it's a very serious circumstance, and once they are gone they are gone AFAIK.
