Well....aparently this casino does have it in their t&c page....when it was put in i have no idea....could have always been there.

With Rival Casino's .... I always go by the cashier screen that lays out the terms for claiming that bonus - where you accept the terms at....and i guess that is my bad, to assume this clause would be there.

Seems everyone is saying this is becoming standard practice.....Why????
When i am trying out a casino, part of playing and requesting cashout is a test really (if i am lucky enough to try to cashout)....i don't want to put money into a place when I dont' know if i will get the cashout, since you are new.

Am i nuts or is this type of thing just crazy?

I know that microgaming has free spin offers...and some request a dep before you can cash out anything...but Hey....that is microgaming....and i trust them.

I do have another question to Ruby....what if i requested a check to be sent to me? How is that handled?

I don't want to bash anyone....this type of request seems crazy to me to begin with. (like i said....i don't care about the $ it's the point of it all)

what casino r u referring to when u say they have it in their t&c becasue vegas regal did not have it in there when i spoke to cs via live chat saturday nite...the manager confirmed it was not there then came back with it is standard procedure...and there u cant cashout through check it is only 3 options click to pay, ewallet, and qt..which i think is so unfair...most rtg & mg have many more withdrawl and deposit methods....

p.s. i know u have to deposit a min of 50.00 to qt but can i deposit 25.00 into my vegas regal through qt or do i hae to deposit the whole 50.00

Whilst Rival has more than its share of problems I have yet to see a Rival casino confiscating any verification deposits. In fact, if you had won thru a free chip which was given to players in the hope of forging a long term casino-player relationship I cannot see why depositing $25 is such an issue unless it's a hit-and-run exercise.

    I agree with Chu.

After all, they are asking for a $25 deposit (which is the minimum) with NO wagering requirements - you can cash it and your winnings out right away. If they were asking for $100 and you have to wager it 10x THEN I would be telling them where to go...but only a rogue operator would expect that anyway so chances are you werent going to get paid in the end.

Ive also been told by a Rival rep that it is a limitation of the software that you can only withdraw via a method you have previously used to deposit, so limiting withdraws to the webwallets at least gives them some kind of protection as those wallets have their own security regimes.

They just want to know you are really who you say you are and also see if you are just a bonus hunter. As Chu said, there has never been a case of Rival keeping anyones verification deposit.

Okay i'm going to test them here.. I will make my deposit of $25.00 via Quicktender. I don't have an issue with that as long as i am paid..

I'm not going to wager that $25.00 I will deposit and then request a withdrawal to my Quicktender..

So to my understanding i'll have a pending withdrawal of $55.00 plus my $25.00, can anyone find out for me if i'll have to wait another 2-5 day's for it to be processed again?

    Thanks for any advice..
