i am wondering what other casino's this place has? when i spoke to support..they asked me which casino i was speaking about.....anyone know who else these folks rep?
i finally got a reply to my org email, saying the same thing...dep before withdraw, but nothing from the guy here.
this all seems an after thought to me....anyone playing rival casino's knows that when you claim a bonus....you have to go to the cashier..and the terms for that bonus are laid out and you have to accept them....in that screen there was nothing about this.....nothing in the email sent after i requested it....nothing said by support when i asked 2x if everything was ok with the request...i kinda expected to have to send ID.....
if there is anything i wanted to do by posting is....
#1. let folks know about that condition on the "free" $11
#2. let the casino know...you gotta tell folks up front about these kinda things..not 4 days into the deal. (makes you look bad)
And BTW....thank goodness CM is around for us to comunicate with each other on issues such as this...having a voice is great!!!!

ALL the Rival casinos (except 2) use the same centralised support centre - that's why they will ask you which casino you are talking about.
I think Ruby is a "Stand alone" casino.
As an aside I had an interesting e-mail conversation with their affy manager telling him what I think of their diabolical bonuses. I was just about to post it here, but then had a second thought... I'll give him time to respond first...

Yes i got the same today in pm. oh well...he says you only need $25 but you can only dep $50 min in QT....and it's not like i would trust them now anyway.

there is so many post i could quote but i will do this one since i am having the same problem with vegas regal....
i talked so someone in chat cant quote her name now but i saved the chat...she keep telling me that i hae to make a qt eposit also...after i gave her fever she told me to hold for another person..who id'ed his self as the manager...i proceed to tell him that i saw no where in t&c where i need to make a deposit to with drawl i also told him that i gave him my qt account so y cant u just put it there...and i pasted from the t&c where it says to send in DL, utility bill, and back and front of cc to id who i am...he took a long time coming back but when he did he said i was correct that it does not say anywhere in t&c or their website where i have to make a deposit...but,,,,,,,,,,,,,,i have to...this is standard...i asked him how is it standard through word of mouth when u make a withdrawl...uhave to deposit 50.00 in qt i do not have that to deposit even if i can withdrawl it right away....i received an email from them today saying that i have to send in forms and make a qt deposit before i can withdrawl...
p.s. he said he will see to it that they update the website to point out that u have to deposit before u can withdrawl.....
p.s.s. when they make a mistake like this in the grocey store regarding sale prices they give it to u for the price seen in the circular than make changes...u have to honor the sales price if called out on it before changes r made or this is false advertising...am i right or wrong on that...
