You raised excellent points and questions, but unfortunately, the affiliate manager did not want to address them at that time nor in that forum. Instead, a tactic was used against you to create the impression that you were being out of line or overly aggressive, unappreciative, etc....

That was too bad because you were being quite polite and professional.

I remember an Adam Sandler movie where his character was on a plane. He nicely asked for a plillow or something and the attendent remarks " please don't raise your voice at me." He didn't raise his voice of course, but it was the impression that the attendant wanted everyone else on the plane to have. It is a tactic that is used often to derail arguments or debates.

I am still really suprised that no one really wanted to get into the whole bonus banning thing or the progressive issue, but everyone keeps wondering why the numbers were down? weird.
We might need to find the Adam Sandler in 'Big Daddy' to counter this.

I guess it took them a few days to come out with a $11.00 ND.

Yeah, i figured i would try them out using that $11, and did pretty good...had fun, got it up to over $300.....did the play thru, and decided to test their cashout process since it said i could cash out $55,
cash out within 2-5 business days, i requested it on the 11th at 1am, waited a couple of days and contacted support....that is when they said 2-5 days, their email said 2days

well here it is Friday...contacted support again...he said probably early next week....i said ok...

just got this email from them....

"Before your withdrawal can be processed, the system requires a verification deposit from your Quicktender account to your casino account. This is done in order to link your Quicktender account to your casino account.

This is for security purposes in order to guarantee the withdrawal will be processed to the correct account. You do not have to wager this deposit and may withdraw it right away."

well this is not stated in the t&c's .....and i have seen this done before at some "shaddy" places. but i know they do not need to do this to process a withdrawl...since they have my QT account # and email addy. (correct me if i am wrong)

it's not a big deal to me...not to get the $...but it will sure make me think twice before depositing.

(I don't post much...but thought i would in this case....since they are a new place and all)

Hey, congrats on your win, anything is better than nothing. I won on a free chip at Vegas Regal casino a couple of months ago. They asked for a ver. deposit from my qt. I did it, but didn't wager it. They sent my money in like 24 hours without a hassle.

I understand someone not wanting to this but, I've come acrross it more and more. I had to send one to Casino Titan, an RTG casino as well. Good Luck

I wouldn't have an issue with it really....except....it didn't state that i would have to do that in the t&c's of the bonus.

and after thinking on it some....how would they do the first time dep bonus with that first dep....would they have you claim that...then have WR to play off before you could do the $55....and if you don't claim that first time dep bonus...will it then be gone?

the bottom line is.....if a casino wants a player to do a dep first ...then state it up front, not wait 4 days (and support saying there is no issues, as i contacted them 2x asking if there were any issues)

if they do that with free $....do i want to risk real money? no...dont think so.

Well i see i'm not the only one being given the run around with a lousy 55.00 withdrawal.. Got the 11.00, met the wagering i had like 130.00 balance.. I requested the withdrawal to my quicktender they removed the bonus and whatever else was left they took out also so my balance was 55.00..

Requested the withdrawal and nobody ever said anything about verification doc's until the 4th day.. Suddenly when i asked i was told i would have to deposit, this is a bunch of crap, nowhere did i see anything about having to deposit in order to withdraw..

So i'm with you on this issue!!

I haven't looked at Ruby specifically, but ALL the Rival casinos ask players to make a verification deposit before cashing out from a free chip (if they haven't deposited previously).
They are obliged to do this for age-verification.
I've done it myself at least twice - you do NOT have to wager your deposit - just cash it out again with your winnings on top.

This does NOT effect your first deposit bonus in any way.
If a Rival casino does change your first deposit offer after you have cashed-out from a free chip we (the forum) want to know about it!

    May your good luck continue!

Hey KK.....Yes...I can understand if they want to do that...but State it in the T&C's. I would be glad to give them my DL for age verification...no problem....

the point being, state it up front...or even in the email that was sent when cashout request was done....not 4 days later....
