Happens outside gambling too..I came across it in a financial call centre once. The logic being that because customer relationships were very important, they wanted to show continuity as staff moved on. And the Ronald MacDonald example isn't far away either - continuity by means of a mascot rather than a celebrity. Aside from which it wouldn't be great PR if the celebrity died from food poisoning, while any number of people who reside in the Ronald suit can die of it, no problem. Although who would pay for a Maccy D's cheeseburger by credit card MJ?

I have just received a spam from "silver oak", and it has the entire stable named.

Planet7
GoldStream

LuckyPalm
CatsEye
Ringmaster
RoyalAce
CaptainJack

I am told I can claim a 160% bonus at ALL OF THEM!!!!!!!!

Quote:
Claim your exclusive 160% BONUS at ALL of the casinos listed below between Friday July 18th and Thursday July 24th and with your first 20 deposits in EACH CASINO you'll AUTOMATICALLY qualify for 160% ABSOLUTELY FREE!!

I also noticed this:-

Quote:
1ST - 7TH of each Month 100% BONUS
UP TO $15,000 1MONTH7
8TH - 14TH of each Month 120% BONUS
UP TO $18,000 8MONTH14
15TH - 21ST of each Month 140% BONUS
UP TO $21,000 15MONTH21
22ND - End of each Month 160% BONUS
UP TO $24,000 22MONTHEND
That has old Warren Cloud written all over it. I remember this with Crystal Palace, bonuses of huge amounts as above $15K to 24K, and this is ON TOP of my free 160% on my first 20 deposits at EACH CASINO!!!!

This looks like the Crystal Palace group have shut down, and immediately we see 8 "new" casinos come on to the scene, complete with marketing and (supposedly) enough backing to be able to give away such MASSIVE bonuses.

Anybody, even if they knew about the rogue status of the now defunct Crystal Palace group, would think these were new casinos (well, they are). They will have NO negative press in Google, nor on many websites.

I suspect this is a company that has cut & run from existing liabilities, only to resurface afresh, owing no debt to creditors of the past entity, but actually being that past entity in all but name. This is rather like those rogue double glazing and conservatory companies.

I had an account at Crystal Palace, and this has got me onto the list for this "special" invite from "Alexander Cheadle", the manager of Silver Oak, and who seems to speak for all 8 of them.

VWM, see here http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...ye-casino.html

Bottom line is (and this is not confirmed yet although some believe) Cloud's Doleplex Group was purchased, in whole or part, by Virtual Casino Group.

Just looked. I would like to thank the CS rep that let all the cat's out of the bag in one go. Such honest answers, so she has to be new at Virtual

This is interesting, given that players were SUPPOSED to have until JULY 31st to finish off playthrough & withdraw at the old Crystal Palace group - how can this EVER have been so, they are already closed and reopened with new names, and zero balances too I expect.
There was a clear intention to deceive players into believing these casinos were new, and had nothing to do with "rogue" existing groups. This would have given virtual group the opportunity to scam vast deposits from hapless players fooled into claiming their 160% on 20 deposits x 8 "new" casinos, as well as their monthly boni, around 40K per casino during this month. I presume this was intended to make a fast buck before the truth came out that these "new" casinos were really the number 2 rogues having been taken over by the number 1 rogues.

RTG simply nodded this deception through without question - so it is not only players they don't care about, they are aiding and abetting a deception by one of it's biggest licencees intended to "scam" a new batch of players, as well a taking a second bite from those poor buggers already screwed over by Crystal Palace group.

These 8 "new" casinos should get an automatic pass into the rogue pit, and now we know which group to put them under.

Now, a whip round for that honest CS rep - bet she will be out of a job by now
