    Delays in withdrawls at HarryCasino (Betsson)

    Hi,

    I have used betsson casinos for years now and always experienced quick withdrawls and reasonable customer support from them. However I have had a withdrawl pending for about 50hrs now which has not been processed at harrys so I contacted customer services to ask what was up.

    I was then told that "technical delays" would result in a delay of up to another 96hrs on withdrawls being processed.

    I replied that this was unacceptable and that was the bottom line to which I was told "Well the absolute bottom line is the fact that this is the time it takes at the moment"

    I am shocked at this timescale and well there you go sorry if this is not a major issue, I think "pending accredited" casinos should not have these issues.

    Not sure about "technical delays". The Norwegian country manager for Betsson wrote on another forum the other day that Betsson is experiencing lack of personnel and that this may lead to delayed payments etc

    Thanks for that piece of info rainmaker however I am sorry but major delays to customer withdrawls for any reason (provided the customers ID is provided and correct and the account is in order/withdrawl has correctly followed t and c) is not acceptable for any online casino.

    I have a withdrawal pending at the Betsson main site from since wednesday myself. It is pretty damn frustrating cos' the option I used is supposed to have a 24h processing time at the most. I have read on other forums that this is nothing new, 4+ day pending periods have been common for weeks now.

    I had a recent withdrawal at Casino Euro and it was processed within 48h, tho. I have always thought it was the same system and people doing the processing in both places and so howcome the other one lags behind this much. Maybe I was wrong then...

    You are absolutely correct. You see the thing is, even if they are delaying withdraws, they will NEVER stop taking deposits. Its all about how much they can rake in while the customer waits.

    It would never be appropriate for any business to STOP taking deposits when they have issues paying. Morally, this is the correct route to go - In the World of Money - Cash is King...

    Yes, they never pay on time. I am fed up with them, they find all excuses to not pay because of that I lost all my money redeposited in my account.

    I would prefer play on bet365 now.
