    I feel your pain I've lost count of the casinos that have said, 'they didn't receive my documents' (Aye?Then where the hell are they) 'they weren't clear enough( so resend umpteenth copy yet again with higher resolutions), they werent good enough blah blah blah

    However after the excruciating process of getting myself verified, its all so much easier after that. If you win again, and cash out - the withdraw process is usually alot more faster
