CasinoClub - Acct locked, winnings not being paid

    Hello!
CasinoClub locked my acct and don't pay winnings. I have CasinoClub for several years, and have no problems.About week ago i have try to request withdrawal to my moneybookers acct(only 30 euro lol) and had a message - "Withdrawal Transaction Failed. Unfortunately, we are unable to process your request."
I contacted CasinoClub support and they email me -
    "Dear *****,
As part of our routine security procedures and to ensure fair and honest gaming and, above all, maximum security for our clients’ accounts, CasinoClub occasionally performs security reviews.
Following a routine procedure as mentioned above, we must hereby inform you about the grounded suspicion that your account is connected to fraud activities and prohibited playing system. For this reason, and to ensure fair and honest gaming, we have proceeded to lock your CasinoClub account.
Your last Withdrawl Request from 30€ will be Processed shortly."

ok, "fraud activities" ? lol i haven't deposited last months.I have only used free spins december promo, done all wager req. and request withdrawal.I'm sure, this is the reason why my account is locked. They themselves credited my acct with this free spins and sent me a promo email about it.
So,now, about week after, i still have no winnings(they(webdollar) process withdrawals with in 1 day always)and i can't login to my acct of course.Yep, amount is funny, but anyway.

Been with them for YEARS, and suddenly you are a "piece of sh1t" to them. This is what's wrong with the industry. All this bad PR over a lousy 30 Euros too

Fraud is a SERIOUS accusation, far far worse than one of "bonus abuse". It could also be the cause of legal action for Libel, as it is a "criminal" matter.

They also whitter on about "systems", which as far as Bryan is concerned "do not work", with casinos denying winnings based on "systems" often finding themselves in the pit.

This wouldn't be a Playtech by any chance, one of the small "white label" types similar to Grand Duke?
