Real simple one for Casino Club.....

Casino Club, are the "Jackpot Funds" in question being held in an Escrow Account somewhere independent of Casino Clubs banking accounts ??

Why did they claim they didnt have his address?

And why did they claim that they had opened a legal case against him?

These are proven to be untrue.

I believe the player can give a lot of answers. I have asked him these questions on the German forum, but may as well put them here instead and rephrased.

    History with Casino Club
    1. When did you signup at Casino Club?

    2. Could you list the dates and amounts of each deposit you made at Casino Club and also the amounts of each cashout. If you're not sure, give approximate figures/totals.

    3. Could you approximately (or exactly) indicate how much you received in bonsues from Casino Club, what the terms of these bonuses were (for example, blackjack bonuses, 20% of your deposit, 100x wagering requirement) whether you ever deposited without a bonus.

    4. Between your last cashout and winning the jackpot,
    (a) how much had you deposited at Casino Club,
    (b) did you receive a bonus,
    (c) if so how much, and what terms?

    5. You indicated that you had played blackjack before winning the Jackpot. At what stake per hand did you play, how much had you wagered, and what was your net win/loss?

    6. How many spins did you play at the 25 Jackpot Poker in total between your last cashout and winning the jackpot?

    After winning

    7. Your win was on 3rd August 2008. When did you submit the cashout, and by what means (neteller/moneybookers/bank wire) did you request payment?

    8. At what point did Casino Club inform you that they were not going to pay the win?

    9. This letter is dated 21st August 2008: You must register/login in order to see the link. When did you receive it?

    10. Regarding the above, on your first post at Kasino Forum, you say

"MY account has been locked since August, nobody told me, I only noticed when I tried to log in. When I last called them they said it was because they had the wrong address."

Regarding this matter, could you detail the emails, letters, calls, etc. you made to Casino Club in the period after you found out you would not get your win?

    11. It appears that you signed up at Kasinoforum having noticed a thread about a player not being paid his winnings, and posted various comments about Casino Club on 24th November 2008 (You must register/login in order to see the link.). On 7th December 2008 you then started your own thread describing this issue for the first time. You must register/login in order to see the link.

Why did you wait four months before posting?

    12. Gaming VC is owned by a public company with offices in Luxembourg. Have you investigated or taken any legal action against them?

    13. What other actions have you taken to rectify this, and on what dates did you submit your complaint? E.g., complaint to the LGA in Malta, or to Boss Media.

    Alleged fraud/breach of conditions

    14. Have you ever used a bot at Casino Club?

    15. Casino Club alleged a link between you and a female player, are you aware of who this might be? Are there any other players (perhaps your wife) at your address, or has somebody else used your computer, or are you aware of any other way they could decide that you are linked to this other player?

For RealPlayer, would you consent to Casino Club posting your playlogs here?

For Casino Club, are you willing to post RealPlayer's playlogs here, provided he gives his express consent?

I'm pretty certain either Max or Bryan said Casino Club have a very strict security department, and they don't even like making these available in the case of a complaint via a PAB. So I wouldn't count on ever seeing these.

I'd like to ask that we try and stay focused on the very good questions that have been asked in this new thread.

I would hate to see this thread go the confusing way of the locked one.

By the way, CC has been in touch with me. The LGA had contacted them concerning this player, and the casino forwarded them all of the relevant material that was requested.

CC will be forwarding this to me as well.

Relevent = I'm guessing whatever documents the LGA asked for.

You can direct your other two questions to the casino and player since I don't know.

What I mean, is that if you will be receiving these documents, you'll be able to say what they are. It will be an interesting insight into the LGA's processes.

    Need responses

    <insert sound of crickets chirping>

Well, no sign of Realplayer yet. I figure he has a day job, so I wasn't expecting him to be posting on and off today, but he has yet to log in to read this thread. He's been notified by several - including myself - that it is safe to venture back into these waters.

CC on the other hand seems to not be treating this as a priority mission. This is a priority to me. I'm still waiting for the relevant docs as indicated. For an accredited casino to let these two threads linger like this is unacceptable in my eyes. If this were the Jackpot Factory, 32red, Club World, whatever, there wouldn't be an issue of a representative tackling these two threads with prompt and concise responses. Instead, I'm sitting here looking like a dumb ass waiting for a casino to respond.

I'm not here to give excuses for a casino - I am providing a platform where casinos and players can exchange ideas, present complaints, and resolve issues. If I am to be expected to be some sort of spokesperson for a casino...well sorry to disappoint you, that is not what I do.

Am I frustrated? Yep, from both sides. Here we have a player who misrepresented his PAB, and an Accredited Casino which has fed Max and I piece meal over this entire thing. Sure, the issue may be out of the casino's hands (it's in their lawyer's), but if there is to be a true relationship between me, the players, and the casino, this is not the way to do things.

In essence - removed from Casinomeister's Accredited Casino section until these questions and this issue are resolved 100% one way or the other.

That pretty much sums it all up perfectly. And I am just as disappointed in Real Player as I am the casino. Again, if this were me, I'd be here with bells on defending my case, and at least trying to tackle some of the questions and concerns head on. If he hasn't approached this thread by the end of this weekend, that's going to go a long way in influencing which way I lean on this one.

As for the casino, also less than impressed. I don't expect them to answer every single question posed here.....but to hear that they haven't even as yet forwarded you the relevant info is very disappointing.

Lawnet and Rusty, excellent questions from both of you. I can't really think of much else to add to this one, so will be taking the "wait and watch" approach.

EDIT: Bryan, I don't think you look like a dumb ass, lol. IMO, you have tried to be fair to both sides here....if neither wants to take the opportunity to try and resolve this, at least for us....that's their loss.

I agree with you about "Realplayer" Bryan, but hopefully he will log-in and post.

Casino Club did log-in and view this thread at 3:14am this morning but did not bother to even answer one simple question. Does not look good on their part at all.

Actually, he logged in three and a half hours ago to read one of my PMs (I figure, and to read this thread). He answers to his boss, so it's not like the rep has everything at his finger tips. But this should have been dealt with some time ago.

I have to agree. I was going to come up with some questions for Casino Club, but when I read rusty's, there's no point in adding more at this stage - once one or other party answers, we can work on a new batch of questions, until then there's nothing for it other than to wait.

I wonder who will get around to answering first....

There seems to be alot of hidden treasures lieing below the murky waters here.

As mentioned, no one has come forward from either side. To me this sounds as though Realplay has something to hide, it may not be a major thing, but avoiding it as long as possible.

CC on the other hand are also avoiding things here, as they are very uncertain, and they screwed up last time with the bots saga, so trying to lie low here, which I can understand their reaosning, however its the wrong way of doing it. Come out clear, state your allegations, if you are right, good, if not, take the bow, apologise, and move on.

Realplayer, obviously has something to hide, and CC are trying to work it out what it is.

CC are a reliable bunch, however this is going to hit their integrity hard if they cant stand up like and even partially explain where they are heading

Just my thoughts and feelings the way this is going
