Royal Dice Casino( Playtech) owes me 723 $ since July ´11

Hi there,

anyone else still owed money from Royal Dice Casino (Playtech).

I requested a withdrawal in July and by now havent got paid.

Also atm it appears the casino is offline and emails are getting bounced aswell the support phone numbers dont work....

Is there a forum rep here on CM ?

Who else is owed by this casino and how much ?

I wouldnt hold my breath for the wd to arrive. Royal Dice belongs a very! rogue Group of Casinos which all have multiple past Issues of No- or stalled payments. Its TELLER Processing LTD, Cypress which is behind these Casinos. Few years ago i got screwed over from one of their past Casinos which is already closed, it was Shufflemasterlive, i also filed a pab back then which was totally ignored/stalled by them.

End of the story: the casino went offline kept my deposit and winnings, it wasnt that much so i could live with it.

Sorry that i have no good news for you, for the future maybe better stick to playtech casinos which are accredited here so you are safe if any problem occurs, there are also many others which i would say are reputable ones.

me too......i waiting from july 6650 euro on royal dice and 3350 euro on sierra star...very bad casino !

Maybe its time the debt collecting agencies had people engaged in this industry. Owed 10k euros? A 30% commission would be mouth-watering for them.

This is a Curacao casino right? No debt collecting agency can do anything.

A year or two ago people tried to find a lawyer for another scammer (epass), noone took the case because every single lawyer on the island was "connected" to the scammer.
