    Palace of Chance Won't Pay

WARNING - Palace of Chance does not pay out.

*** Help warn fellow gamers - Please re-post this to any/all online gaming forums!!! ***

I'm making this post in an effort to warn online gamers regarding Palace of Chance (POC's) non payment issues. I'm an avid online casino player, and I've been playing at online casinos for over 10 years and I've never experienced anything as bad as Palace of Chance. It started with a withdrawal I made back on Aug 1, 2011 for $1,030. I had made numerous deposits before being able to make my withdrawal with them. Ten business days after my withdrawal, my cashout was approved. Twenty business days later, they claimed to have processed my bank transfer and it's now 15 business days after that, and I still haven't received my money. The support at Palace of Chance won't return my emails, and their rep Marty Davis has not responded either.

Please be warned about this casino. They will take your money easily enough, but they will not payout, even when you meet all the criteria for a withdrawal. They will lie to you about the status of your withdrawal and ignore your emails. Their customer service is awful and their payout (lack of payout) process is absolutely dreadful.

Forums like this are important as they can give you an idea of reputable vs non-reputable casinos before you give them your hard earned money. This is why I felt I needed to post and warn potential players of the practices at Palace of Chance.

Do yourself the favor and avoid this casino at all costs. Palace of Chance does not honor their withdrawals! If you want a good casino experience and payouts in as little as 2-3 days, then play at AllSlots. I've had numerous withdrawals with them and their payouts are super-fast, their customer service is fantastic and the games are great too.

Do NOT play at Palace of Chance!!! Worst casino I've ever experienced!

Oh dear... and in all those 10 years you never researched Palace of (No) Chance? I can assure you, their reputation is widely known.

You may have a (slim) chance if you stick with it. Email them faithfully every week and ask about your withdrawal. Be polite. Sometimes they take a wild hair and pay people. Sometimes not.

    Good luck.

The Cat: Oh, you can't help that. We're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad.

Marty Davis no longer works for that group as a rep. I believe the person taking his place is Cindy Greco. I did find this e-mail for her on another site. Try contacting her.

    Hope this helps.

For anything more than $500 they are unlikely to pay. If Marty has left its likely to be even worse. He did say in the past that w/ds are likely to be processed 30 business days after the date of request though.

Maybe the title thread might need to be changed from 'slow pay' to 'no pay'.

It still astounds me that casinos can even get away with this type of behaviour. Sure would be nice to see some sort of regulation put in to place one day.

It astounds me that they didn't even change their name and people are still playing there.

To the OP - good luck, but don't hold your breath.

Make a complaint by clicking on CDS in the partners section on the homepage of the casino.

Try to remain polite. Contact them weekly to inquire about the status of your withdrawal. Imply, but do not promise, that you are anxious to play again, but you need to wait for this payment first. Resist all temptation to play it back.

Don't bad-mouth them on forums. Just state you are having payment delays and ask for help.

Use the address LHofsdal gave you.

Search and see if there are any forums where they are trying yet again to "turn over a new leaf". Post there about payment delay.

I can't find the post, but I think one player finally managed to get their payment after about 2 years of asking for it from this group I believe.

Do some research on where you play. Try googling complaint with the casino name to see what pops up. Every casino will have grumblers about tight slots, take them with a grain of salt. Often the same players will be posting big wins as well. Read the complaints and see if they are valid and resolved.

Good place to start is avoiding all the Rogue Casinos on the CM list here.

Thanks to everone who's posted replies here. I have been contacted by the POC rep, so I hope they'll be able to help out with the process.

I guess I've just been lucky playing at many casinos over the years (mostly Microgaming) and not experiencing any payment issues from any of them. It seems I got too comfortable and let my gaurd down. I will absolutley make sure to research before I play any new casinos.

Thanks again to everyone. I will let you all know how it goes with the POC reps. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Until then, happy, safe gaming to you all.
