What is happening at Club World Casinos ?

    Dear Members.

What is happening with Club World Group? I have played there since 2009. And suddenly last week a wihtdrawal of 800 $ was declined and my account closed.
I contacted the cashier with no answer, and then I contacted the chat, and they could not give me any answer either.

Not until I contacted rep. here, my withdrawal was released. But my account still closed.
I then asked why my account is closed, and today I have got the answer that I have not broken any terms and conditions, but they do not like the way I play slots when I take a bonus. So I am not welcome as a customer any more. Period!

I have noticed that withdrawal take longer time then before, and this last treatment, to be punished like this, for no reason, is alarming.

I am so dissapointed of this treatment, and my comp. points are confiscated aswell when they closed the account.

I think this is rougish behaviour.

Yes. This is an exact quote of the answer I have got from their rep here at Casino Meister: "The reason being the manner in which you play the bonuses. While you do not break any of the terms of the offers we no longer wish for you to be a customer of ours."

And this is about slot bonus. I only play slots, never any other games.

I agree with you. It is alarming if they have started to "kick" out lojal customers based on "how they play slots".

Even weirder that a rep on this forum has used this as an explanation. Looks amateurish.

They have the right to choose their own customers. But players needs to be warned if the case is correctly described from your point of view.

So they only want to have customers who have a history of losing on slots?

    And this is about slots.
Not roulette, blackjack or whatever. But SLOTS.

Yes. If a casino think you have won to much (which in the end is unlikely, as the casino always has the house edge) they can stop sending promotions to you. That is fine, and more understandebly. But, like a thunderstruck, from one day give VIP treatment to close the account and say that you "play the wrong way" is about something else. Something fishy is going on. And I have not violated any rules whatsoever. I always read terms very carefully when I sign up to any casino. And this is a group that is supposed to be accredited.

    Regards

I'm glad you got your withdrawal. I'd like to hear from Tom publicly, myself. This does seem quite peculiar.

I see you have started a similar thread before.

May be interesting to read since it raises some of the same questions.

Just out of curiousity, when you take a bonus, do you start betting large then when you have almost met the wagering requirements lower your bets? Not saying that there is anything wrong with that, but some casinos don't like it.

I don't like the reason why they closed your account either, I am waiting to see what the rep has to say. Things just aren't the same with this group anymore. I asked for my play logs yesterday, and I had over 300 spins on Realm of Riches without a feature, and almost 200 spins on Green Light without a feature. It was never like this when I first started out playing on line. Things have gotten so tight,(not just with this group but almost all casinos.) I have noticed alot of changes with accredited casinos.

I have a withdrawal from yesterday afternoon that isn't processed yet. It is a PITA now because if you don't win atleast 350 USD with this group and your from the US, you have no way of cashing out. Its just not worth it anymore.

Hopefully it won't take forever for you to get your withdrawal to your bank account, and a big WTG on your win.

Hi. No, I do not bet large and when I reach playthrough bet small. When I get a win, I use to higher my bet, and if I win on that, I higher my bet again. I play the same way with or without a bonus. Maybe I little higher bets with a bonus, because then you can afford it.
