Unibet steal my money

I made a deposit, 100,- NOK, at Unibet today. And was playing at Break da Bank Again at the Games until my balance was ca 50,-NOK.
Then I wanted to play at Thunderstruck II, but suddenly my balance was 30,88 NOK...!!!

So I asked the support via e-mail ( Live Chat is allways Offline there..) what`s happen. But they said I have to go to "MY account" and check out the "Casino-Scratch-history" to see my Games-history...???? And on Casino-Scratch-history it was ( of cause ) my paly at Devils Delight in the casino...

I told that to support but they still talk about : "check out the Casino-Scratch-history... nla,bla."

Then I asked them for a Printscreen of my Games-history they "obviously" could see at MY account, but I couldn`t see that..

So what is going on at Unibet? Do they just steal money from the players?

No, Unibet usually don`t steal money. They do have a rep on this site, you might want to send a private message to him or her. I have faith in Unibet, and there is probably a good explanation to this. They will fix it, if errors has occured.
