I need help,please :'(

I have a problem with Commodore Casino (Gambling Federation).

Indeed,since november,i search to recover my monay but they woudn't
I send mail and mail (one hundred easy !!!!!),and i have one answer when they will...
They would all informations for that (bank papers,bill,identity card,...),i have send many times,and no answers...
In start of Januar,i have ONE answer,that there are a problem with the credit card,because credit card is in name of my girlfriend (we leave together,have a child together...the bank information are 2 names !!! no credit card only,i explain the situation ! In many mails again !!!) no answer...and i don't see my monay.
I'm desappointed,and i begin to need this monay...3 months...

Gambling Federation are in the "Blunders" section of the rogue pit, so yet another screw-up is par for the course.

It might be worth seeing if a PAB is worth the effort, since only ONE per member is allowed for non-accredited casinos like Commode casino....

I'd like to try to help.

Did you deposit with a credit card in your girlfriend's name? We've seen other issues here, and most terms say a card needs to be in your name. A joint credit card account will issue cards in both names.

If you deposited with a card NOT in your name, the casino should correctly refuse to send out winnings, but the deposit should be returned to the original card.

Commodore Casino and the entire Group of Gambing Federation Casinos are on the Rogue list under Bumblings and Negligence here at Casinomeister.

Maxd is the Pitch-A-Bitch moderator here. Gambling Federation don't appear to have a rep here.

Although Maxd does attempt to help with problems with rogued casinos, often his efforts are futile.

Yes the credit card isn't in my name,it's the name of my girlfriend.But the bank account are in two names !!! and they have all informations...
When i register in the casino,it was with this credit card,the one...maybe send a copy of identity card of my girlfriend ? they didn't give a solution to resolve that,and answer one month later...

This is what has messed with their systems. Joint accounts are not really supported by their security systems, so on face value, it looks like you are using your girlfriend's card without her permission. Unless this is agreed with her AND the casino IN ADVANCE, it will ALWAYS lead to this problem.

To avoid this, use a sole bank account for gambling deposits, and move money to it from the joint account as necessary.

There isn't any way for the casino to be 100% certain this is legit after the fact, even if you managed to get your girlfriend to contact the casino & give permission (they cannot know it was REALLY your girlfriend doing this).

If you still want to use the joint account, make sure the bank issues you with an individual card in your name, so that everything matches at the casino's end.
