I’m divorcing myself from AllSlots/Jackpot Factory

I am sure most people who will read this will think that I am nit picking. But if you regularly play at a casino who done this to you, then you would understand where I’m coming from.

There are a lot of small faults that I have spotted at Jackpot Factory casinos. But this is the one that made me fall out of love with them.

They practice stalling the customer on withdrawal questions and requests for flushes. I know this because the last 15 or so times I have went onto live help for a flush/withdrawal question they left me waiting for ~30 minutes and sometimes don’t even answer at all. When compared to questions about deposits or general help they answer almost instantly. The chances of this being coincidental is very slim, so slim that it is like flipping a coin fifteen times and each time the coin happens to fall in favour of the casino. Like Judge Judy says; “I don’t believe it!”

After I became certain that they were practicing this well known casino trick I felt different when I was playing at All Slots. There was a kind of disgust I felt towards them because they were penny-pinching and also an ominous feeling that someone was looking over my shoulder.

They ignore emails too. I had to request a flush TWICE last week, and they only replied to the second request, and this was some time later. By the time they actually got around to processing the request, the pending period was almost up (a couple of hours left).

They do seem to have lost their way. The promotions they run are nothing like before. The last DECENT contest was just after the tabbed lobby was introduced, when they ran 5 separate scoreboards, one per tab, each with a top prize of 1000 credits. This was a taste of "the old days", but it didn't last, it was a "one off". They used to run this kind of contest EVERY WEEK, and with top prizes of 2000 credits, even 2500.

On the occasions they DO run such contests, the top prize is a mere 500, and they seem to run once or twice a MONTH, rather than weekly.

The ONLY deposit offer for "everybody" is the ongoing 10% on all deposits, up to 450 at All Slots, 350 at All Jackpots, and 1000 at VIP Lounge per month.

IMHO Jackpot factory is one of the best Microgaming groups for many years. Look at the others , like Casino rewards ,who don't pay at all when they don't want to.

I'm just trying to get my account reopened there. I'm having to jump through hoops as I haven't played there in over a year.

I have all my info for Jackpot factory but when I try to download JP, Allslots will only download. Their responses were quick last night but I haven't heard from them since I sent in all the info they requested plus the debit card that I will be using.

I picked them bc I'm tired of waiting for cash outs to be processed and now I hear this...jeez, how hard is it for a player from the good ole USA to find a good casino these days?
    Waiting on something interesting

Better one yet is "quit pissing on my leg saying it is raining" I love that one!

gloria460, 7Sultans have been one of my favorites...their group is actually decent IMO even when I get pissed at them, I know it will turn around and they have always been good about giving a free chip or two and withdrawals have never been an issue.

I'm 99% sure that's because All Slots USA is the only casino they offer to the USA now.
Anyone in America who had accounts at any of their other casinos will be "merged" into All Slots.

I actually did not expect a reply.
I will have to have some thinking time on it.

Unhappy your right about the JF casinos going down

i think your points are quite accurate and not nitpicking, i have just been going thru the email back and forth with support at their vip casino. They flushed my requested withdrawal at least 6-7hrs after my email requesting the flush(yesterday) and then another 16 hrs later they inform me that i can expect my withdrawal to be processed on Monday.

I of course unhappy with this, I replied and in return received a mail that my withdrawal for $1300 has been processed and sent to my neteller account.
GUESS what? nothing in my neteller and even WORSE is that my withdrawal request was for $1700 (not $1300)and the ICING on the cake is that in my casino history it is still showing as $1700 is work in progress

something is WRONG and it doesn't look good.

AND, just this second i got another mail in reply to the one i sent asking why so many discrepancies, it says that $1700 has been processed but it may take upto 5 days to show. Thats it, no reply to any points i asked for them to clarify

i am one of neteller's first customers and this is the first time i have not been credited instantly once a casino confirms funds have been paid and to give the casino the benefit of the doubt i just checked again before posting my experience, so in short

no payment, no reply, no explanation or apology for the mistakes and this after a 8-9 emails back and fourth.

i'm with you, time for a change
