Not very professional, but possibly true. I would hate to be a customer rep at any casino. People tend to get rowdy when they want their winnings yesterday! And by rowdy, I do not mean in a good way.
I gave c.s. a little attitude a long time ago about my cash out and they then proceeded to take the full amount of time allowed by their T&Cs. Pays to be real sweet and just let them do their job.

I bet you get it before the 5 days is up. WTG on the win.
I don't know about the "real sweet" but I definitely agree that it goes much smoother if you just give a big sigh and then leave them to do their job.
