Not to be rude here but maybe the 8 or 9 emails about it made them sloooow down the process. just a thought.
I gave c.s. a little attitude a long time ago about my cash out and they then proceeded to take the full amount of time allowed by their T&Cs. Pays to be real sweet and just let them do their job. I bet you get it before the 5 days is up. WTG on the win.

    could be

thankfully, i just see the funds were credited to my neteller a minute ago.

There was a time, not long ago at all when i had blind faith in JF group and even though i have been paid, they are just not the same.

but then again, i did get paid and thats what it boils down to i guess

    i am confused!!

Not very professional, but possibly true. I would hate to be a customer rep at any casino. People tend to get rowdy when they want their winnings yesterday! And by rowdy, I do not mean in a good way.

I don't know about the "real sweet" but I definitely agree that it goes much smoother if you just give a big sigh and then leave them to do their job.

Ou Blind Faith 'Cant find my way home' good song and sounds like you. Confused? Go home and spend that money.

I know I forgot to quote the poster who said "There was a time, not long ago at all when I had blind faith in JF group...."

I couldn’t think of an honest reason why Jackpot Factory would stall players on flushes/withdrawal questions. I still thought that there may be something that I am overlooking, so contacted them in hopes of getting some kind of rational answer. As I thought it could be security related; they are checking players before they make a withdrawal or something along those lines.

I don’t believe you. Live chat wouldn’t act like this unless they were in some ways given a nod of approval by management. Or if you are suggesting that this is all just mere coincidence, it doesn’t work on me. Maybe someone without a thinking mind will believe you.

I had my suspicions on my first withdrawal and it became profoundly obvious as time passed that Jackpot Factory were deliberately stalling.
I know in the fullest way of knowing; through my own experience that this is happening and such is my conviction that I even contacted Tex at eCOGRA. At least then he will know too what they’re like, unless he already does.

Jackpot Factory should consider turning over a new leaf and quit with the casino tricks.

Upon withdrawal requests many casinos delay processing for 24-48 hours. Some of these casinos have an option to bypass this waiting period so the withdrawal is processed immediatly. This is called a 'flush.'
