    Casino Share kept my deposit

    I give up. I made A $50 deposit on Dec. 24 thru instadebit. I spoke to several different customer service reps since then. I was told stuck in system etc.

    One even told me to go to instadebit, which I did. Instadebit told me the casino received the money Dec. 24/10......never showed up in my account.

    Last customer service rep I spoke to told me I can't keep making the same enquiry over and over or it will slow things down.... told me I have to be patient, not to worry I will get my money.

    It has been 14 days. Casino's pay faster than that...even with instadebit which is sometimes a 7 day hold.

    Didn't want to bother Max. for a small amount just in case I ever needed him for something big. lol

    It's not a good sign. CS say they KNOW where your money is (stuck in system) so it should NOT take all this time to retrieve it and place it into your casino account. Even if this is an "accounts" function, the holidays are over, and there were 3 working days last week, and 4 so far THIS week.

    It really should NOT take 8 WORKING days to deal with such a matter.

    Jeeez, i`ve had the highly inept (just talk to people and ffs do not attempt to try and sort out any problems that require an IQ higher than 1) Neteller skeleton crew sort out a bugged Ukash voucher quicker than this, over last years Xmas holiday period, (to this day I cannot work out for the life of me why employees are left at the helm of a huge merchant bank, dealing in 1000`s of cash transactions, that have not got the authority to manually credit an account after confirmation that the fault is their end).

    In this case, the "grown ups" have had EIGHT working days to deal with this. They CANNOT use the holiday as an excuse NOW. It WOULD have been understandable had this needed to wait until the 29th, but then it should have been SORTED.

    I hope this is not a case of only ONE person having the necessary authority, and this ONE person having taken 2 weeks off over Xmas. This excuse HAS been used before by a casino, and it did NOT go down at all well with CM members.

    I finally received the deposit this morning. They gave me 30 free spins on Avalon for the inconvenience. 18 days for them to credit an instant deposit. Can't say I will be rushing to deposit again.

    Can't say I blame you. This has to be some kind of record for fixing one of these "timeout" situations. The worst I have had is a casino taking 3 days to bring through a Neteller deposit (also "instant") from some "limbo" state into my casino account.
